Politics on GB
It seems as though political NBA threads, say Rockets losing coverage in China because of a Morey tweet aren’t welcome on the General Board. Fine and dandy, rules are rules but why is wiretap showing them? If they aren’t related to general basketball or to be grouped with basketball on Realgm why are we even bothering. I personally welcome the politically based threads when they have merit/relationship to the NBA. I just think it’s cheap that the site can generate traffic/clicks/ad revenue from fans interested through wiretap news posts but then can’t further discuss it without being relegated to an off topic board that isn’t visible unless logged into.
Donald Trump is an idiot.

My point is if the mods are going to lock discussion because of GB rules, it shouldn't be welcome on NBA wiretap because people will go talk about it on the GB. Counter intuitive.

ReturnofMVP3,
The General NBA Board has a lot of topics from all different fan bases as is. I support The Moderators' policy here and approved it.
Politics can be discussed on our Current Affairs Forum.
