Jones missed that so bad. Probably a first if it’s accurate

9-3 Packers + 17-3 Bucks = not good enough for many.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Garbage time makes that score look better. That being said, I feel about the same about this team as I did going into this game. Above average team. That’s it.

I'm glad that their rookie quarterback cratered, because at 17-13 I was absolutely despondent.

After the niners game I reset my expectations from this team being a legit super bowl contender to being a playoff team with a punchers chance. The sad thing is that it’s much like many of the years down the stretch of the McCarthy/Capers packers. Good teams but not dominant. Obviously that could change a little if we roll into the playoffs without losing and finish 13-3 but I don’t think we’re better than Baltimore or San Fran who seem to be the class of each league. The sample size is just too large to show that the little separate stretches of good offense and good defense we had were not who this team really is. But that’s not saying we could get hit at the right time. Even as a division winner of wild card you only need to win 4 games to win the owl. Crazier things have happened and worse teams than us have won Super Bowls.

Win next two and that sets up the nfc north title game regardless of how minny does this week. Still a shot at the bye as well.

I thought this team was a 9-7 team with a GODgers type year. Well they have 9 wins despite not needing 12 GODgers like performances.

Come on Mickey dont you know if you don't go undefeated it's a failure and a waste of a season.

The 10-2 Baltimore Ravens got waxed by the 5-7 Cleveland Browns. The 10-2 Saints got smacked upside the head at home to the Atlanta Falcons. There is parity in the NFL. No reason to jump ship after the showing against the Niners. We're 9-3. The doom and gloom is weird given the past two seasons.

49ers best win is against the Packers, next best is either week 3 vs the Steelers or against the Rams. Neither team is exactly a jugernaught especially the Steelers at that point before the D started to figure things out. Even the Patriots have barley beat anyone.

Being a good team in the NFL is mostly beating the bad teams and winning a couple against good ones. It's pretty much every playoff teams recipe every year.

During the KC-Oakland game the announcers mentioned that KC was 2nd in the league in "yards of separation" by receivers (presumably separation by the receiver making a catch). 2nd to the Packers. Since we're not full of super fast super nifty receivers (like tyreek hill), I'm guessing there are two reasons the packers are first: 1) Rodgers is so INT-averse that he doesn't throw into coverage; 2) Rodgers holds the ball longer than the average QB.

I'm as "we need to start winning titles!!!" as much as the next homer, especially when we have MVP's across all three major sports in this state, but if you can't enjoy the journey, whats the point of dedicating any of your time to being a fan? Enjoy the ride, recognize that there isn't a single perfect team in any sport, and hope our Packers, Brewers, and Bucks are hot and healthy come playoff time.
