Not that you could go wrong but give me Steph.

I actually kind of believe the Masai to the Knicks stuff. GM's can have big egos too, and he probably thinks he has nothing left to prove in Toronto. Could absolutely see him wanting to tackle the ultimate franchise reclamation project and he might be one of the few guys that Dolan would let run things autonomously. Would also be hilarious to see the Raptors lose the two guys most responsible for bringing their only championship within 2 off-seasons of each other.

Nah, Fred ain't going anywhere. Their smart GM leaves and his lesser replacement will be sure to ink FVV to that 4-year $100 million dollar extension for the sake of "championship experience and continuity".

Ujiri leaving an employer like MLSE for the Knicks?

This is a perennial joke by now

2016: https://nba.nbcsports.com/2016/04/06/rumor-masai-ujiri-could-succeed-phil-jackson-in-running-knicks/
2017: https://nba.nbcsports.com/2017/06/28/whats-next-for-knicks-owner-reportedly-targeting-raptors-masai-ujiri-but-its-longshot/
and now 2019.

I can agree that Knicks fans do deserve better. Just not the best.

Literally not even 30 minutes later lol. Just to make it clear, I'm half-joking and it's nothing but completely blind speculation based on a hunch, unlike all the sad, pathetic, "Masai and Giannis are fraaaands so he's going to Toronto in 2021" hilarity....

I can say that a fairly simple reason tends to draw me here. I think the Bucks are once again the Raptors' most formidable opponent. As a fan, I find the other side's chatter and banter is always insightful.

raps fans think theyre going to knock us out of the playoffs again and then sign Giannis.

theres only been one dude punk enough to do something like that and its Durant...… its like they don't even know who Gianns is that he would go join his enemy if he cant beat them.

and if we beat them and go to the finals then hes going to leave? it makes no sense

It's a weird the Bucks are in a subsection of their fan's heads when it should be the opposite. It's like they got picked on for years and years with DD and Lowry leading the way to playoff exits and now they feel they have to do the same to a team that has no bearing on it that's on a totally different trajectory. It also probably has to do with them not feeling like they really earned their championship since they had to hire a mercenary to win the thing and needed the other team to get massively injured to do so. Just a real insecure bunch of fans. It's the same damn Raps fans who have to get into every goddamn Bucks thread on the general board (mostly started by non-Bucks fans) and spout the same incomprehensible garbage all the time.

Welcome. I find it funny that people get mad when other teams fans post here. I have read some of the Raptors fan post call us Bucks fans snobby and all cocky. Most of us here are not. :D

I agree. I asked myself the same question and also thought Harden would be the best fit next to Giannis. Curry a close #2. But jesus christ Harden Giannis would probably win the next 3-4 championships imo.

Nah, good luck prying the ball out of Harden's hands. He's an incredible player but I'm now officially in the camp of finding the guy impossible to root for. Steph, Kawhi, Lillard and Paul George are all guys that aren't defensive turnstiles and who I'd take 10/10 times to pair with Giannis over Harden. And if I wanted to maximize the next decade window I'd rather have either Luka or Towns.

So, I glanced at the standings.... of the top 5 seeds in the East, the Bucks are the only ones with a home loss. Holy crap let's get home court.

Giannis and Luka are POTM for October/November, per Stein.

I am so **** excited for the next decade of them...and then some.

What Luka is doing at his age is absolutely nuts. And it's not just stats, the team is winning more than they should be or were predicted for.
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.
