Ouch. We got no depth at center unless Mahinmi's achilles is better. Maybe they promote Anzejs Pasecniks from the G League? He didn't look like a total disaster from what I saw. Or maybe go small ball and promote Jalen Jones - use him as a 4 and Rui gets to be backup 5.

It seems like the Zards will have to either promote Pasecniks or sign a big man...maybe even both.

Is he healthy?

He missed the last game due to an ankle sprain.

Yup. From the get go, this team was paper thin in the front court. We have just 2 PF's and 2 C's. Did they really expect Bryant, Wagner, Hachimura and Bertans to play 82 games each? Meanwhile, we have 3 PG's plus a 4th on a 2-way, not to mention Beal, McRae and Brown who can all handle stints at PG.

It sure would have been nice to have signed Christian Wood when we were all clamoring to do so - or Noah Vonleh, or Jabari Parker.

It's too bad this happened now instead of December 15th. On the 15th, our recent free agent signings become eligible to be traded.

Mo Wags can't get more minutes when he is a total foul machine. He clean that up maybe.

Get well TB

Christian Wood has been absolutely balling. We must not know something cus there's no reason he should be on his 5th team already.

Mahinmi was practicing since weeks ago.. I wonder if they're being overly cautious or don't want to active him yet?

"Not know something" -- do you mean like maybe he's not a solid citizen or good in the locker room? I don't believe that's the case -- & I've been following him since the 2015 draft when to my shock McCullough was picked in R1 & Wood went undrafted.

We saw a similar case last night: Khem Birch. Both guys from UNLV -- Wood took Birch's place as a starter there. Both guys undrafted in successive years.

Birch couldn't get a job in the league until 2017-18; then he was very productive immediately. He had played for us in SL in 2015 -- was excellent. I'm not suggesting they are similar players, btw. Birch doesn't shoot the 3 at all. Just similar in that it's been weirdly hard for these guys to get established in the NBA, & it doesn't seem to make sense.

Ugg, I don't like to hear that it's a re-injury - Did they bring him back to soon? And that better not spur the Wiz to trade for Tristan Thompson. Hopefully Wagner can handle bigger minutes and avoid the stupid fouls he too often commits. Time to bring back up the other PF from Gonzaga.

Damn! Just when T. Bryant appeared to be getting back into the groove offensively and on the boards.

Might be a blessing in disguise if it makes them stop the stupid struggle to sneak into the playoffs as Milwaukee's sacrificial victim.

At the same time, if this leads to Tristan Thompson, what an utter drag!

Not going to get into the BS scenarios of trades or what if, is or whats. Just wishing TB to get better that's all. Keep that other **** to the trade thread.
