I thought that also. Then looked at the 3-point percentages their guys are shooting. Most are very high. And the ones Kuzma hits seem to be clutch ones in the last minute. Danny Green, KCP, Kuzma, even Rondo are hitting these wide open shots that the LeBron/AD two man game is creating.

I think they'll set up to play the Clippers in the WCF and it will be an epic series.

Yep. The top end talent is still way too much for those other teams to counter.

Not that’s he’s undeserving but man Lebron’s media team is really pushing Davis for DPOY

Can't say no way about Lebron.

Never count out LeBron, he's next level playoff time.

We should actually hope Lakers knock out the Clippers.

Decent percentages but Lakers are around bottom 5 in 3 point attempts. I'm not sure if their offense will be good enough to come out of the West. Those Cavs teams were raining 3s every postseason, it will be a lot tougher for Lebron to go into playoff mode with this Lakers roster imo due to the poor spacing

I love how the defender is looking at the ref, like WTF!?

and ref is like, "yo, that's LeBron, play on."

I hope it goes 7 games with multiple OTs.

Any other team, I totally sympathize with and feel the outrage. But it's **** Houston and **** harden. It's so perfect

But seriously, they go back and change 3s to 2s during to's and stuff. Couldn't they have just reviewed and added 2 during a TV timeout?

And imagine they are one game short and get a worse seed and a terrible match up come playoffs

The Lakers have peaked. i.e they aren't getting any better than they are now. But that peak is troubling, as they will be a problem in the West if LeBron stays healthy.

You don't think the 5 new rotation guys can't get better playing with LeBron beyond what they have the first 1/4th of the season?

I'm shocked how well this team has played so far.

Lakers are 19-3 with a +9.0 DIFF. I don't see them being able to get much better.

Playoff wise, sure, if they get Iggy (or the like) for free.

Not exactly surprising that the Lakers are lighting it up against bad teams, but they're gonna have to face some actual elite offenses before I put them above the other LA team. Their spacing is not ideal in a 7-game series.

I haven't really watched how the Lakers are playing. Stats say they take way too many postups, ISOs, and not enough 3s. Teams aren't really shooting enough 3s against them either but I don't know if they are taking them away or not. Some teams shot more wide open 3s against the Lakers than they usually do, but some shot less like the Jazz and Suns did in their games. Their interior defense is pretty good, leading the league in blocks and have limited teams to 57.9% shooting and only 16.1 makes a game in the restricted area. They are also top 5 in steals. They are bottom 10 in the league in FTAs so they really aren't getting fouls but they don't also foul that much. They are monsters in the RA like the Bucks, but don't have the outside game the Bucks do. Seems like a team that smart team can exploit. Let them ISO and post-up as much as they want, make smart passes to open up the outside, and take away their passing lanes (they take the highest percentage of 2 point, 0 dribble FGs in the league).

Definitely want to see how they handle adversity, but these last two road W's were hardly against "bad" teams.

I legitimately am almost as excited to see Lakers/Clippers in the playoffs as I am to watch the Bucks angrily boat race the winner.

That said- I don't get it when the call was made with 8 minutes to go and they ended up playing double overtime.

I thought i heard that you couldn't challenge a basket call unless it was at the end of a clock.
