Tough call. I can't go with Bertans because he went cold in the 2nd half and didn't do much other than score.
I think it is a tossup between Ish and Rui. I think i might go with Ish for playing such a complete game on his first start.

Bit of an odd one that. Love Hachimuras box score, and Ish was great, but can't shake the feeling that without Bertans 2nd quarter we don't come back and get ahead. Felt like it was going to be one of those yo-yo games where we're always chasing, but don't quite get there.
So Bertans, Ish, Hachimura for me

Bertans was amazing , both he and Rui helped pick up Beal’s slack offensively.
But I have to give it to Hachimura - led the team with 43 minutes played, and to me this was the first game where he really put together a complete defensive performance. He really imposed his versatility, size, athleticism , length on the game in a way that few NBA players are capable of.

To me it's between Ish Smith and Bertans, and I chose to go with Major Laser.
His 19 points in the 2nd quarter set the tone and busted the game open.

We don't win this game without Ian Mahinmi. That doesn't make him the Player of the Game, but you better say that when you have the chance as it's not an opportunity that is likely to come around again any time soon.
But anyway, Rui for me. It wasn't just the scoring, but he was a big part of the quality defense and is really starting to get a better feel for what he should be doing at any given moment to help out. Be it boxing out, setting picks, cutting, challenging shots or whatever he's just looking a lot more purposeful out there.

Gotta go with rook! Very impressive and complete game from him. His defense looked good.
Second choice is Ish. No surprise we looked better defensively without IT taking undeserved minutes from Ish.
Bertans' shooting was key, but 1 rebound and 0 assist all game? I can do that from the couch.
