What can Miami possibly offer?

OKC own their 2021, 23 first round picks, Memphis own their 2023 2nd & they not trading any of Herro, Bam, Nunn etc … That leaves only unwanted contracts of Johnson, Waiters etc... which Heat were originally using to target Paul from OKC to shed a year off of Paul's contract.

I'd like to think that Memphis has jumped into the loop to help facilitate Paul to Miami, where OKC/Heat compensate them for Iggy's + expiring value.

Heat were originally offering, Johnson 15m 2yrs, Dion 12m 2yrs, Olynyk 12m 2yrs for Paul. Which saved OKC 38m on Paul's last year. As a result Heat were rumored to be asking for both their picks back.

If Memphis trade Iggy, Crowder = 24m expiring. Take back Olynyk to backup C, Dion as dead weight combined for pick compensation from OKC.

Heat flip Iggy, Crowder with Johnson to OKC, who now save 62m off of Paul's contract which makes trading any pick/s more palatable.
