Step 1)
Extend at least one year more everybody extendable in the roster. Depending on the case by paying a bunch more of money, the same or even significantly less (put name by yourselves to each case).
Step 2)
If you succed at step 1), bring no one along the nex two FA.
(If you can't deal some of the extensions at a fair prize, bring someone fit to fill the void).
Step 3)
Deal all of our next Draft picks in exchange for unprotected first rounds two or more years ahead.
In summary: Stick this team together whenever possible to bet for chemistry, growing together and focusing on your younglings development in a stable environment.
Yeah, I know it won't happen.
That's why I call it revolutionary ,
They will probably have like the 12th-17th pick or so and take
Paul Reed, out of Depaul, who is the only guy on tankathon's big board who is a junior (no seniors) and is 26th on their big board and 25th on their mock draft.
However, he has a lot of strengths and few weaknesses, and with a few years experience, probably more ready to play. Seems kind of like the guy they are looking for. Great defender, great at blocking shots, hits the 3 at 33%.
