What I would know, since coach decision was a bit strange, is if he decided to keep Trae on the bench because of his "it's over" with 1min left, or not.
In any case, I don't a coach want one of his players to do something like that and give motivation to opponents, but he could have let him play, for any result, and let him know how stupid it was later

Good, but I hope he said privately that it's good to be excited and it can push his teammates, but to not confuse celebrating and and over-celebrating by thinking a basket and a lead is a success when the most important success comes with a W, at the end of the game, and not with 1min left
