Grizzlies have Ja, Dillon Brooks, Brandon Clarke, JJJ as pretty promising young core. Winslow will be an upgrade over Crowder, but it's not like they have a huge need for him... hmm.. I don't see this trade happening but I don't doubt that Winslow is being shopped around under the current circumstances.

For Winslow's sake i think he would fit in perfectly with that team as the starting point forward and backup PG to Morant. Having Winslow would actually allow Morant to focus more on scoring. I could see Memphis as a team being fond of Winslow especially the way he's played against them in the past.

Hope you do realize that means we'll lose bish45 to Grizzlies for good Panda :x which isn't exactly the end of the world but loss nonetheless.

Winslow better get healthy and get his chit together soon :x we have our 3rd and 6th highest paid players rotting on the bench smdh

Trading Winslow for a 65 yo Iggy, who was waning on washed last season would get me at the bus stop. But you'd see me on Weekends

If there is an urgency to trade Waiters, and it's at the point where we would rather dump players to do it- I'd question our resolve at least

Memphis might do it if it gets them Winslow. What do they have to lose except two expiring deals. It's not like they are getting any free agents to come there any time soon.

How is Tristian Thompson's defense? He's an expiring deal, I wonder if he could give us 15-20 minutes as a utility big against some of the bigger bodies we'll face. maybe a swap for JJ

I can not see Indy having any interest in moving Turner

they just drafted a stud C, and i dont think Turner and Sabonis have been a good pairing for them.

Myles is having a disappointing start this season, i think we have the assests to get him.

Been thinking about M. Turner as well. However I can't make up my mind about his game. Seems to do really well every other season and not sure his game is made for late playoff ball. He was the guy I wanted at 10 in that draft and could be a good fit next to Bam. Spo would have him drag behind and bomb 7 3's a game from the top. Could open up Bam's game even more.

Feel Pacers are too principal to move him within conference.

If the Pacers were playing chit, I could see them moving him. As it stands though, they’re winning games and haven’t got their best player. I’d say they will wait it out and see what happens throughout the course of this season. If they need to make a call between Sabonis and Turner, they’ll do it, but it won’t be immediate.

That’s why I was looking at Bamba as a more cost effective trade option. He’s not as polished as Turner, but offers much of what we need. Not sure what the Magic really need or want though. Weird team.

I like the theory of Bamba as well and it could be a good buy low opportunity.

I do wonder if he's too far away from positive contribution with the speed the organisation is moving forward right now. Haven't seen much but he seem a bit lost out there whenever I do stumble upon their games.

Maybe Big Shot Bosh is the Big man whisperer the org's been waiting for.

Defensive lineup of Crowder, Jimmy, DJJ, Iggy and Bam is crazy. even switching one out for a shooter is still deadly. More importantly, I do believe having a couple more versatile perimeter defenders would take a huge burden off of Jimmy.

But.. I don’t like the idea of losing both players we acquire in this trade this summer as opposed to keeping Winslow through 2021. Unfortunately, it’s hard to gauge what Winslow can give us this year while being out so much and where he fits best now that it looks like Nunn is our PG and Dragic our 6th man.

I’d lean against not doing it even though it seems like a pretty clean win-now move.

I think it is likely that the front office see's DJJr as a better long term solution in Winslow's place going forward. We can't pay DJJr this season, retain Winslow and sign someone like Giannis in 2021. Losing both Crowder and Iggy this off season would be unfortunate price for Winslow especially when it doesn't solve our size problem but I think this trade does make us match up much better against Philly's bigger squad.

I think Bamba is too far away from being useful to us. Embiid and AD/Mcgee will eat him alive so he doesn't really solve our major problem.

Think that depends on whether you back in our development staff. They’ve turned much less talented prospects into something. I’d bet we could do the same with Mo.

He doesn’t necessarily fix our Embiid/AD issues, but I don’t think there’s anyone that’s available that would either. Those guys require team schemes as much as individual defenders.

Bamba can space the floor and protect the rim. He’s a good match with both Adebayo and Olynyk in the power rotation. He’s raw af and perhaps not ready for the prime time, but I’d happily give him Leonard’s minutes plus a few more to help bring him along.

I’m just glad we have some pieces to actually be able to make some trades. We’re in a good spot at the moment. Riley better not mess this up and go get Cp3 or Westbrick. Just stay calm and trade for pple that expire 2021. Can’t let that opportunity pass. The Bucks team is playing amazing but they are an aging team with no flexibility. An early exit could land us Giannis

I'm guessing that if this talk of Crowder/Iggy is true maybe Miami doesn't see a good option out there at Center that will make the difference for us against bigger teams so they are more likely to load up on wing defenders to guard teams like LAL/LAC and Philly in different ways load up on slowing Lebron/Leonard/PG/Simmons/Harris/JRich to beat these teams.

I'd like us to revisit Robert Covington. I wonder if Minny see more benefit having guys like Dragic/Winslow over Teague/Covington. Would you guys make that trade? I feel like thats a good lateral better fit move for both teams.

Winslow is already retained though, DJJ isnt. And depending on FA he may not even be that expensive to keep.

DJJ hasn’t shown enough to justify anything but min offer or slightly above min offer. He should be kept at that price

Bertans would be an interesting name too. Expiring, but having an unbelievable year shooting the rock.

He's little/big Bam on defense, less rim-protection, more of a post presence... He's little/big Bam on offense, less playmaking and mobility. Maybe the best offensive rebounder in the league not named Drummond... If it would just take something like JJ/DJJ, I'd pull
