Can we try not having an injury thread next season? It wouldn't hurt to try. No injury thread, no injuries!

Old Man Grant. Tacko Time. Stretch-6 Smart. Waters stacked on top of Edwards. We got lots of options.

Nothing saps the joy out of watching the Celtics like injuries.

Marcus Smart is like Mr. Bill. He gets beat up and battered every which way. But hopefully like Mr. Bill he keeps popping back up ready to go on more adventures.

We can only hope the other Smart injuries like the oblique is healing while this infection heals
Brad Stevens on fans who want the Celtics to tank: "I don’t think they’ll like me all that much then."

Dear Marcus,

Please stop eating out girls' bootyholes. But if you still insist on doing so, please wear protective glasses next time. Thanks.

Love,

Sorry guys, this one is my fault. I had a dream the other night that Poirier had a break-out game in our next game.

Spoiler:
I say that 99.9% in jest, but at the same time, what an obnoxious coincidence...

Somehow our 6'0 180 pound PG who has been top 5 in the league in charges drawn for the last 5 years (and who draws a ton of contact offensively) has missed only 7 games over the last 5 years, yet most of the rest of the team other than Jayson and Jaylen are basically game-time decisions every night.

Bone bruise

It's swelling, which is to say a bruise.

When it's minor, it's "Just a bruise". When it's a bigger deal, they dig into the thesaurus to describe it.

What happens first--Poirier gets back in a game or Forsberg learns how to spell his name?

Return to Boston Celtics
