I did not see the 2nd half. But just playing 17 mins I would say no.

No Rui was out the second half.

Schofield played some minutes at center and did ok. I think he played some center in the Memphis Grizzlies game too vs Valančiūnas.

On the pregame show, Kutcher compared Schofield to Draymond Green & Gooden felt Dennis Rodman was the better comparison. Heck I don’t know if he’s all that but I’d be happy if he can hit his 3’s, rebound and hold his ground on defense.

I saw somewhere Schofield shared that his role on this team was to play defense and bring energy. The word he used was be a “pest” on defense.

A disservice to Admiral to compare him to Green or Rodman -- sets a standard for him that he would be unlikely ever to approach. Still, I didn't think he was a good pick, and I was wrong. His game translates pretty well.

For one thing, the kid is posting a .759 TS% His 2-pt. shots are pretty much all dunks or put-backs, but he's at 47.1% on 3-pt shots -- & that's on almost 6 per 40 minutes. Moreover, he's shooting 83.3% from the line.

No one seemed to look for him on offense; they should.

nate points out that he's not quick enough to guard wings, but... wing is where he's going to have to play. He doesn't rebound nearly well enough to get minutes anywhere else.

He got kicked hard in the Kurosawas. Watching it Rashomon style via multiple instant replays hurt my soul.

Rui ruled out for 5 games due to the nut shot. Poor kid got his eggs scrambled hard. Sit back relax and take it easy on the ladies for a few days young fella!
