I think it's a response to Green being drug tested immediately after that dunk he had a couple weeks ago...

Caruso was coincidentally drug tested a day after a photoshopped photo of him made the rounds on social media.

Danny Green also was coincidentally drug tested after he made that highlight reel dunk put back.
