Chriss, Bowman, maybe Spellman or GRIII

Bowman for his PG defense and pretty decent looking offense. Chriss for his energy on defense and offense, and also for his smart passing. He seems like he can really develop if given proper coaching. Spellman/GRII are solid, so they may be back to play some more in the roles they have, with GRIII playing in much more limited minutes than he does today.

A pretty competitive roster for next year imo:

PG: Steph/Bowman
SG: Klay/Okogie
SF: Covington/Iguodala/GRIII
PF: Draymond/Paschall/Smailagic
C: Valanciunas/Looney/Chriss

Valanciunas through TPE, Covington/Okogie + pick for Russell. We then have 2 FR pick left (our's + TWolves'), and two spots on the roster. Either we draft players, or we send those picks out for a big piece in a trade.

Ky, Chriss and Spellman.

i'm fine either way with GR3 and Burks.

OP, did you forgot Poole? i hope he will get it straight.

Trade D'Lo for a SF.

Bowman - I think Bowman can take another step. Would like to see him compete against another point guard.

Burks - Guy can score. He reminds me of Barbosa sometimes, though like
Barbosa he would fit nicely as the fourth guard for scoring punch off the bench.

GR3 - Can actually defend 2-4 and hit 3's at 37%. GR3 is actually a decent 3 and D backup for sure.

I would get us trading any of them for 2nd rounders that could be added in trades though.

That's it. We have six spots for bigs and Looney, Green, Paschall, Smailagic take four of them. We need a shot blocker. We also need a center with some offensive game whether that be shooting or post ups. Our interior defense is really bad so we need a stud on that end. But we also need a center that can score, teams that played us tough would sag off the center to double and trap.

Bowman, Chriss, Spellman - all 3 have shown fight and fire.

I like Damien Lee but not critical.
Robinson, but only as a 2.
Poole has to get better, doesn't he?
Burks only if cheap, but can't lie the scoring is needed.

At this point I'm most intrigued by bringing Chriss back. I think he has the best chance of fitting in next to Steph and Klay, his defense has improved pretty much every game, and he's probably the third best passer on this team, although that's quite the indictment of this roster. With all that said, I think he has a higher ceiling than most of the young bigs on this team.

You don't see any upside in Chriss?

I'm actually down with Ky Bowman. He's a solid backup PG.

Been loving Evans defense, Spellman's and Chriss's hustle and rebounding.

Curry/Evans/Bowman
D'lo/Lee/Poole
Klay/Paschall
Dray/Spellman/Smailagic
Chriss/Looney

Chriss and Burks are right on the bubble. But if we draft Edwards or Wiseman that obviously could change.

I thought of Poole and I think he's a near-lock to come back. But I wouldn't be upset if he was traded like I would if Smiley were traded.

We're not trading anyone other than Burks, GR3 and maybe WCS if we're lucky. None of the youngsters are getting traded because nobody will have any interest in them. Despite that, they've all shown improvement as the season has progressed, even Poole despite the fact that he still can't hit a shot.

Chriss, Ky, and Omari, the rest don’t provide much value for a team with championship aspirations.

I just want WCS, Evans, and Poole gone.

Omari, Burks, GR3 are all guys i'd like to have back only because I doubt our ability to replace them with anyone better.

I'd actually LIKE to see Bowman and Chriss back - Bowman more than Chriss.

Russell I want to trade, but not lose value. So depends on what we can get back for him. Basically, if its a Clyde type trade, i'd rather keep Russell. If its a <insert name of more optimistic poster> trade, then don't want him back.

I guess Burks would be alright on a good team, but right now on this awful squad he's going full-blown baddie chuck
