How is my team THIS bad?

Can someone help me out here? I'm last place in my league, and I'm drawing a blank. On paper this team looked good to me, but it's obviously not working out...

Do I stand pat and hope guys like Love, Adams, and Griffin pick it up? Do I simply wait for Oladipo? What am I missing?

Maybe because Blake/Westbrook/Love are all not doing too well this season? Those seem to be 3 of your higher picks, so I can see why things aren't working. You probably win in rebounds at least right? The outlook should get better with Dragic and Oladipo back.

You have too many guys that are low FG%, high turnover that don’t dominate in any particular categories. Plus injuries have absolutely wrecked you. Your team is uniquely built in that you have guards that don’t get a ton of 3’s and big men that don’t get a ton of blocks. Don’t know if it’s possible but I’d try to sell high on Love, Griffin and Westbrook.
