Thing is, nobody has patience anymore. If you're not first team All NBA your first season then you're nobody.

Funny thing is I had Bam as my 8th best prospect before his UK season. He was too bouncy and skilled not to be a stud. Then came draft time, we had Hassan, we had power players, and I didn't even have him on my radar.

Thank goodness the Heat control draft picks instead of me. That is all.

Heat scouting department has come a long way. A team like this during the Riley era was unheard of.
