I think Miami having a star like Butler who really wants team discipline, wants his teammates to grind ridiculously hard like he does, and flips the hell out when they don’t has made the Heat double down on the culture from the front office. They already liked that way of doing things, but to be honest Wade wasn’t always that type of worker night and night out. He’d coast, same could be said for LeBron. Miami’s front office and discipline somewhat adapted from the early Riley days to accommodate these personalities.

I think Miami as an organization is taking the stance to appeal to Star players that they will be a ruthless front office that will hold role players accountable to the extreme. This is Miami Heat culture unchained, the team and it’s star player are operating in harmony, and it’s only amplified their definitive traits.

Yeah those three have been playing the role as go-too players. A big 3 role (core player role). Bam and Nunn has a lot more to improve at, before they can be called or depended on as a real go too players. But the growing curve is increasing. Bam still has to learn to score for self during crunch time, Nunn got to get to the free throw line, he got some real playoff crunch time experience missing those free throws and then getting back on D versus the 76ers. And it's only mid December!

In terms of Spo he now has decide has he gain enough trust in Nunn and Bam to put the ball un their hands or will he put the ball in Dragics hands during crunchtime.

Any news on when Winslow will return? Having whole team play for more than a month is important before the trade deadline

I notice Nunn seemed to miss a lot of corner treys, so I thought ill look it it. And yep, he needs to work on that corner trey. He seems to have gotten plenty of wide open looks as well. Image

Tyler Herro Shot chart is interesting. He is taking the most shots in areas he is the weakest. Around the rim he has struggled. It kind of explain why I struggle to figure out where on the court is Tyler shot when I watch him play. He might not even know himself. It's something I think he needs to pay attention too.

Remember I posted this video last summer. Dion refused to take a backseat to LeBron, how that arrogance has come to haunt the Heat and Dion relationship. Side note, Raj mentions that the Knicks were trying to trade for Dion.

Smh if he goes to mid January with back issues, no way I see any good trade value.
