Yes, please. That would secure Cologne finishes the season worse than we do.

You guys are linked with Heiko Herrlich. Would that be better?

Also, seems like we got lucky with that foul against Benes, who might be back shortly as nothing was broken.

We also signed 16 year old US right back Joe Scally from NYCFC.
He'll join us in January 2021, after his 18th birthday.

Don't think it would be any improvement.
He was just swimming on the foundation Roger Schmidt built in Leverkusen without significant success.

My priority list:
1) I want Zeljko Buvac. Former assistant coach from Jürgen Klopp. Even living in Mainz right now.
2) Alternatively, Roger Schmidt would be an option. I think he inserted Havertz and Brandt into the Leverkusen starting XI...and we have quite a good youth right now but they are not given a chance in the Bundesliga team.
3) If those two are not possible, I want Benjamin Hoffmann, the U19-coach to take over. He at least knows the qualities of the youth players and would hopefully hesitate less to throw them in a game than Schwarz did.

Still only a third of the season played.

Their next two opponents are Augsburg and Union Berlin. Both winnable games.

4 points out of those two games and they are back in striking distance.

I love seeing Bayern lose. The world is a much better place when they struggle. Köln just managed to steal a point this weekend in what looked like a certain defeat.

It was pretty lucky but we got that 2-1 win against Bayern and are now on 31 points from 14 games.
I'm hoping for a couple more points till the winter break, to give us a good spot in the battle for those european spots, and I also hoope we can manage to make it to the knckout stages in the Europa League on Thursday.

The game against Werder was another evidence that Bayern needs better defender than Boateng.
Congrats to Coutinho! Another great performance (after the game against TOT). Maybe he has finally arrived.

Nübel should get at least get 10 games for that. He sees Gacinovic coming the entire time and still decides to go kung fu fighter on him. Just disgusting.

Also, Hertha got a win. Yay (!?)

Welp, you have climbed in front of us in the snake race against relegation.

I didn't even bother to watch the game against Dortmund.

True. But it was a very important win.

Especially, with Mateta returning and immediately finding the net.

Brilliant first half of the season for us regarding the league.
We`ve got 35 points and now have to show we can actually play a complete season unlike the past two years were we couldn`t get it together during the second half of the season.

Though, those past two games have shown again that deep sitting teams are trouble for us, given that our passing and overall offensive play, especially against defensive minded teams, haven`t been great under Rose so far.
I hope we can make some adjustments cause we`re going to see way more of that during the second half of the season.

BTW: Little Nathan finlly seems to be looking at interesting times.
It seems like that investor really wants to make things happen and guys like Xhaka or Götze could be heading to Berlin in the near future.

Also:
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.
