I don't know if the numbers back it up, but it certainly seems like more from what I'm watching

It makes me wonder if it's because he's playing with another great player (LeBron) or if the refs are purposely doing it. Hmmm.

It's a few things, from what I've seen. He's getting fouled a lot, but some of them are fairly soft calls that guys like Embiid aren't getting consistently. He's going to the basket more aggressively than in recent years instead of settling for long 2s. Defenses are also keying on LeBron, leaving guys out of position rotating to Davis. In NO, Davis was really the only consistent scoring threat. His game is much more suited to be a #2 offensively, so I'd say his success and FTA are mostly legitimate at this point.
It's time for 5 refs.

I would kill to have Nick Nurse coaching the Bulls. Always seems to come up with the right idea at the right time. Great coach.

They had a 40-10 run in 9 (!!!) minutes.

Unbelievable win by the Raptors. The bench squad and the full court press really won them the game.

Lakers without Lebron losing, nothing new for a team lead by AD :)

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such poor fast break execution as what I’ve seen this season

Both ball handlers and teammates not knowing where to position themselves to take advantage of the numbers they have

4 on 2 breaks leading to someone pulling the ball back out because they couldn’t figure out the angles to get a layup

It’s so weird to watch, I guess that’s what happens when offenses are so focused on taking 3’s.

I’ve seen it from every team I’ve watched this season, surely they still work in these things? It’s basic fundamentals but they look lost for the most part, it’s insane

This is the underrated part of Lebron. Players know where to position themselves whether it's for a pass or a rebound and he semi-directs them. It's the same with Luka. Without these guys, they have to shoot insanely to have a chance.

AD is a big. ..he is always dependent on others feeding him and that's why he has less control of the ball game unlike a Lebron.

It is still a simple concept in the big picture; you need a good decision maker but someone who is multi talented (can shoot from the perimeter, finish inside or penetrate to the paint area or pass at the right time). If that happens, everyone else starts looking good.

Why are the Hawks soo bad this year? They took two steps backward, just odd.

Step 1: John Collins has been suspended nearly the entire season due to a drug violation.
Step 2: Cam Reddish is playing 26 minutes a game, despite being a complete trainwreck.

Wonder how many stopped watching the Raptors-Mavericks -game late third when the Raps were down by 30, subsequently missing Lowry having a 20 point Q and the Raps coming back to win the game.

Kyle Lowry vs. Mavericks in the 4th: 20-21.

Last time a team was behind by 30 and won was 10 years ago, when the Kings eventually won against... the Chicago Bulls.
From the basketball's perspective, travel is a nice pause from being pounded to the floor.

What a trainwreck the Wolves have become. Lost their 11th straight last night, to GSW. No Towns, to be fair. It was Wiggins' team, which he responded to by scoring 22 points on 27 shots, with 5 turnovers and 2 assists. Count me unsurprised, even if he has been better this year.

As with any big who's not a ballhandler, he's a Robin. Severely overrated if the job is to carry a team of meh players. If that's the situation, get a two-way wing instead. He's pretty special, though, when you pair him with one of those great wings.

No surprise that Reddish has been awful. He looks exactly how he did in college. So much for the theory that Duke misused him. He has a long way to go to live up to his high school stardom.

Makes perfect sense right? But yet people get so bent out of shape around the Bulls when we are in exactly the same scenario.

Step 1: Otto Porter has played 9 games because of a broken foot
Step 2: We have no SFs on the roster.

The first part is fair. The second part is roster construction. I mean Hutch technically is an SF, but he's not an NBA SF. We're better off with our three-guard lineup.

Meh, it's not really apples to apples. Collins is their second-best player. It'd be like if we had lost Lauri for the first 30 odd games of this season before we knew he sucked.

Saw an article (https://sports.yahoo.com/cleveland-cavaliers-jordan-clarkson-deal-015151076.html) equating Dunn's value with Clarkson deal. I'd deal Dunn for 2 2nds in a second (Exum aside). Dunn is not coming back, even if Bulls wanted him. Also, I am of the opinion that giving Shaq/Arci Dunn's minutes would be a break-even proposition.
