6:38 Spo acknowledges what I've mentioned a few times: he never picks up a technical foul, no matter how bad the officiating is against the Heat!

And the most hilarious part: he's actually going to try to get it rescinded!

Richest coach in the NBA by far.

Edit: He actually made a VOW to never pick up a tech! You can't make this up

BTW: this is no offense to Spo or anything. Even though I disagree, I just find the whole thing hilarious.

Just finished watching the replay. Got home super late tonight. This is one of my favorite Heat victories this season. Our D was amazing and so was theirs. A grind from start to finish.

Old school eastern conference ball game it seems. Didn’t get to watch, hopefully tomorrow I’ll get a chance.

another very strong win. this time we were simply too good for them. didn't need the last minute grit. when DJJ shoots okay from 3 it gives him a longer leash and tonight he just terrorised the Raps. he's the key to the zone. his bloke on Ibaka was sick and he spooked FVV several times with his quickness and length. As a zone defender he's better than J Rich i reckon. extra length and his quickness is just so useful.

Josh is a better ball hound in man defence though but it's so nice we've mitigated the loss of Josh

No offense to Raptors fans, but I'm not a fan of some of them who love to think Spo (or any coach for that matter) copied the Zone defense from Nick Nurse like he invented it or some ****.

Y'all are not the first, and will certainly not be the last to win championships with implementations of Zone. Unless I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the Heat led the league in Zone usage last year.

I actually like my raps bros, and the Raptors team from last year and this year.

I've honestly been kinda shocked though at some of the arrogance that I've seen on their board. Talk about how they're on another level then us not just as a team but also as an organization who can find overlooked undrafted guys. Talk about how we look completely unimpresive and that we only won because they're injured (as if we didn't beat them in Toronto just a bit ago). Talk about how we'd get exposed in the playoffs and lose to them.

Like... the Raptors are a good team, they play good defense, and they'd be a tough match up in the playoffs. But they are not on a different level than us.

The Heat are 9-6 vs above .500 teams, the Raptors are 5-12 in those games, the only team in the top 6 to not be at least .500 against such teams.

I remember the days when the Heat forum had a bevy of outlandish takes from outrageous posters. Thank goodness those days are over.

It takes getting humbled to come back down to earth. I feel like our fan base is pretty reasonable these days. You don’t have people just proclaiming us to be contenders overnight. I feel likes we’ve all just been enjoying being pleasantly surprised by this team.

Playing against a true contending team like the Heat just shows the Raptors are not a good team. They need to rebuild properly and it's not too late to tank for a high draft pick. There is really no point being a treadmill team.

Nah, you guys have injuries to starters. Nothing for you guys to take from this game.
