Didn't you say like 3 days ago that the team is basically performing to expectations?
Isn't that kind of a win for Billy?

“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

here's last season, 2pt jump shots outside of eight feet.
and this season.
it seems to me like his shot attempts are concentrated a lot more at the elbows, where he shot ok last year and is shooting really well this season. also there seem to be fewer long jump shots on the wings as well as tough baseline jump shots.
will he continue to shoot 48%+ on these jumpers? i'm still guessing probably not. but it's interesting how concentrated his attempts are this year relative to last season.
he's also taking a lot fewer floaters.

Because you like horrible players?

The reporting after the fact made it clear that Russ was given a huge degree of control over the way things were run day in and day out. I'm sure not sure anyone in the organization could really tell him anything.

Oh well, last year in January/February we were claiming that roster was the most friendly ever (PG13/Westbrook/Grant friendship etc.). Don't think Westbrook was really the issue, but CP3 BBIQ is on another level and he's helping a lot the young guys.

really good video from ben taylor. fair on the criticisms and praise. i had been starting to notice how soft sga has been on defense against bigger wings.
