Hayward, Ojeleye and Reggie Jackson to Orlando, Aaron Gordon, Fultz, Drummond to Boston, Fournier, Kanter, Theis, Poirier, MIL 1st to Detroit

Kemba/Wanamaker/Fultz/Waters
Jaylen/Smart/Langford/Edwards
Tatum/Green
Aaron Gordon/Grant Williams
Drummond/Rob Williams/Tacko Fall

We’re 3rd in the league, why change things up ? Replacing Hayward with Drummond makes the team worst.
Why this obsession with Drummond ? He constantly gets shown up by Embiid anyway. We’ve already got a guy called Enes Kanter who’s shown he can post up with Embiid.

I still don't think we should trade anyone, just brainstorming since we've been linked to Drummond.

Ithink they will move from him eventually but idk if that time is this season. They have Mamba they want to develop and they can get value back from Vuc.

I guess you missed this last offseason

Unless a third team is involved, I can't see a Hayward for Drummond swap. Hayward doesn't have much value for DET, since he can opt out at the end of the season. Therefore, Smart has to be the guy dealt. Unless Drummond has had some success against Giannis, a Smart for Drummond deal is a wash, since Embiid has lots of success against Drummond...

I'd like to see Ainge add Robert Covington and WCS. Neither should cost a lot and can add depth. Covington's an improvement over Grant Wiliams and Ojeleye and WCS has had success against Embiid.

Pistons blog suggests Hayward, Kanter, Rob Williams and the MEM 1st for Drummond and Snell.. That’s a package for Towns, not Andre..

We used to get the same silliness from Sacramento fans about Boogie.

Nah, they just suck a little less. The Kings are nowhere near the playoffs.

Would destroy our depth and leave us dependent on the buyout market.. if that’s Evan Turner and Bobby Portis, great..but..

Smart+ for Drummond just doesn’t look feasible..

Only trade target worse than Zach Lavine is Drummond.

I wonder if the Lakers would take Timelord for Kuzma. Not sure the Celtics would do it though.

I do think Kuzma could thrive under Stevens but Wanamaker is a key bench player. Wouldn’t feel comfortable trading him.

Kuzma can't defend, can't rim protect, doesn't rebound, doesn't block shots and doesn't shoot a high percentage of treys (Marcus Smart has had a better percentage over the last two years). It's no wonder that his minutes are way down this year, and that the Lakers would like to move him.

They need a big wing defender. Would consider Semi and a first for Kuzma. Guessing they wouldnt. Oh well.

Can't imagine anything happening but a trade around the margins or a trade for a star (which by definition excludes Drummond). Marginal improvements won't do much for us. And no star seems likely to shake loose before the summer.

This is the team we're rolling with this year.

C's are high on Williams. He's not moving unless in a package for a star.

He has potential but the problem is he’s always hurt. I would almost rather have Tacko as the third center. I also get Kuzma is one dimensional but we wouldn’t be asking him to be a starter. Scoring 10-15 points off the bench is valuable. But I can see both sides to the argument.

Kuzma is 24.5 years old, about to be a fee agent, has a per of 11, plays no defense, and is a career 33% 3pt shooter.

None of that is good. If he was like 21 22 at this point in his career you could say he could be developing still and shows promise. He is what he is now the same as he was drafted. Just another old draft pick late in the first showing mild playing ability compared to the 19 year olds he was drafted with who never got much better.
