Re: 2020 NBA Draft
Oturu is soft, he may be a solid offensive big, can shoot a bit, he is a fan of Jokic so I am sure he cares to pass, and he is a solid athlete, but in general meh, pretty low on the guy, plays with no physicality, slow reactor in general
Dunno if he comes out, he is putting numbers but 0 hype and this class is loaded with bigs

Can Paul Reed ever play center in the nba I see him as a guy who can play center kinda of like dwanye dedmon. Him and jordan nworra are two guys in this draft I feel can end up being very good nba players

Nwora is really good against average teams. Against better teams I feel he tightens up

He's also a negative defender due to physical shortcomings and laziness.

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
i actually like Reed as a 5 in a Trez type role off the bench, I think that'll be his best role.

He looks like he can shed a few pounds but his defence is very suspect right now

Ya I see him.as 5 who can be very valuable to a team and to me he has alot less flaws then alot of prospects in this draft. Hes athletic plays defence and has pick and pop potential. Judt dont know if hes closer to 6"8 or 6'9.

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
Nwora isn't good, very meh physical profile, defensively he's, at best, sub-par, he has not improved as a playmaker at all in 3 years in college, his TS% has gone down every year his usage has gone up,
his set shot is okay i guess, can shoot the 3 but isn't a very dynamic or versatile scorer, rebounds well for his size...other than that I don't see it with him
plus he looks annoying with that stupid hair cut, if you're gonna look annoying you better be good.

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
What's everyone's thoughts on Richards from UK? Obviously not a high end pick, but I can see him carving out a Richaun Holmes kind of career.

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
IF Tillie remains healthy he can be a real steal !!! his knee and left ankle can be a prob for franchise, but second round he can be a real good deal !

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
Richards is a non prospect to me
Tillie I like...he's just old and always injured now, but if he can stay on the court I like him, should've came out last year IMO

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
this is looking like a really weak draft outside of point guards and outside the top 20 so far. a few capable bigs and defenders after that sure so it will balance out some down the stretch but right now looks damn ugly compared to averages.

That's the feeling I'm getting to. Every prospect has major flaws in their games. Also what about paul reed another amazing game I'm really starting to believe he can be a huge steal if hes drafted in the 20s

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
There is no reason for Cole Anthony to return this year. This UNC team isn't going to make the tournament, they're bad.

I'm pretty confident at some point he'll hit the corner 3

Even without it I can see him becoming a Richaun Holmes kind of player. Similar athleticism, Richards is bigger. But when Richards plays with confidence like he has the last 2 games, I can see him becoming a solid energy big off the bench.
Again Im not talking about him as a lotto pick or a 1st round guy. But I can see a team taking a chance on him mid 2nd round (just like Holmes).

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
It took 13 minutes for UNC to make their first basket against Georgia Tech. Ya hard to see Cole coming back to this team.

Re: 2020 NBA Draft
wanted to see Edwards score well against Memphis today but 4-17 just isn't good enough, still needs to improve decision making tbh a lot, but the raw talent obviously is there
on a semi related note, Achiuwa finally looking like a prospect now
