Well hopefully we get a good piece in return.

Edit: Did Kuz remove the tweet? I can't find it.

Yeah he deleted it. Idk what his problem would be. I would prefer to keep him because you probably can't get a great return with his cheap contract, but if he's going to be disruptive then that might be the best option.

I think that may be a hack job, I remember Kuz making that post but a different context.

Yes I am. Why? You know someone who needs to get banned?

No. I'm asking because I expect a lakers mod to know that Cp3 isn't a viable option at all and it leads to people being even more lucrative and lost

Rose is realistic

Dragic isn't realistic either. Small chance is only if he would get moved in a cp3 deal. then bought out (but I think OKC could move him possibly even), and then he signs here instead of elsewhere (such as Dallas with his friend Luka and teammate in Slovenia)

Seems pretty clear the Trainer tweet is real... Kuz's response may be a hack, but in any case..

I don't read this as being disruptive, I read this, along with his super aggressive showing against the Clips, as him maybe hearing he was getting shopped and lashing out.

Guys often have games like that when the rumors start swirling behind the scenes... FU games.

Who knows. But like I said earlier, I feel like the FO may be starting to get a little desperate now that it seems clear we've got some major flaws.

If we are to trade Kuz, I hope we consider to offer a package for Mikal Bridges of the Suns
Kuz & Cook for Bridges ?
Bridges plays defense in the correct way.

Just a random thought on trade proposals. Plentry of players fit our needs actually. And some useful player in the free agent or will be in the free agent pool as well.

I have to explain a buyout? On a guy who has a player option for his last season?

So you are talking about down the line for cp3 or today?

You can't buy someone out with 130M and 3 years left, the cap hit still stands, why would they do that?

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=rfrj5wh

McGee - Howard
Davis - Dudley - Cacock
LeBron - THT
Covington - KCP
Dragic - Caruso - Napier

Then scour the buyout market for a stretch 4 (Portis), big wing (hopefully Iguodola).

Nice but I wouldn't trade Cousins, because he will stick around for very cheap next year and probably be a huge asset given that the team will struggle to add talent in the offseason.

At the very best Cousins will be a shell of his former self. He was never impactful defensively and his athleticism will be all but gone after these two injuries.

Thoughts on deals for Dj Augustin and 1 of Bullock or Burks? Realistic guys, nothing crazy, but useful

Avery, Cook, 2-3 2nds, and cash might be able to make this all work out

Not sure who gets bought out that has a real use for us besides Iggy or Teague

Those 2 deals would:
Help spacing
Give us some extra length for 3s (I like Bullock more defensively)
Good bench pick and roll ball handler

Then Kuzma must be good enough to be that 3rd scorer for us

KCP, Green, Lebron, AD, Mcgee
Augustin, Caruso, Bullock/Burks, Kuzma, Dwight

If Cousins comes back then the Lakers need a good perimeter Defender who is tall enough and strong enough to disrupt the 6-7 KL and 6-8 PG

Actually a pretty good trade. I would make this trade in a heartbeat.

Lol to that trade

Mia isn't moving Dragic for Green

Wolves would like to keep RoCo if not being dealt for a star

LAL is going after Collison, if they strike out, maybe a guy like Augustin or Rose.

But I think we get Collison and maybe make a move for a bench 3/4 or somehow Iggy gets bought out and we get him

The ideal 3&D SF. A good defender and a career 35% 3pt shooter. The problem might be his 3-year, 35M contract left. He is stuck in a lottery team which could eventually sneak into a 8th seed and a first round sweep at best. Get him outta there.

I don't think the Lakers improve much if you replace Kuz with Bogdanovic. You gain somewhat better shooting and playmaking, but nothing monumental that will make the team significantly better on both ends.

I also don't see why the Kings would want Kuzma, unless they plan on moving him for a future pick(s).
