The guy you want is Karl Anthony Towns. Give them Tatum, Kanter, picks etc.

I definitely don’t think smart has to go but definitely would give him up a whole lot easier than Hayward.

Can’t wait until this Drummond stuff goes away for us. It will. We’re not gonna risk bringing in a dude that doesn’t even bring high effort consistently. I realize this could be the setting but we really don’t know. What we do know is that he will clog driving lanes leading his man into the paint area. Or he can stand outside whenever he’s not the roll man and we can play 5 on 4. I had enough of that with Marcus.

I would move Tatum and filler for KAT. However, we don't have the salaries to match unless we either add Smart or package of four more players (with both Kanter and Theis plus two prospects) and that turns the yes into a no from me. Why can't we have the Amir Johnson or Tyler Zeller type of contract when we need one. :-?

thats actually interesting because it provides some real scoring punch to the second unit. The downside is that it makes Wanna redundant. You don’t need him and Rose out there at the same time. replace Semi with Williams and you have a guy who will set killer picks for Rose to run off of.

Flip wannamaker for kuzma and start him at pf.

Kemba/rose
Brown/smart
Tatum/semi
Kuzma/theis
Drummond/kanter

Count me in!
And all of DA’s bluster after the past few games, I believe, is setting these guys up for a trade like this. Play hard, wins game or we’ll find guys that can

The only way I think we do the trade is if we think Hayward is going to bounce on us. But, if he is going to, then he would probably also bounce on Detroit. So a 3rd team that is in win now mode, AND wants to pay Hayward big bucks would be needed. AND they would need to have an asset to give to Detroit AND they'd need to make the money work meaning they probably need a big dead weight expiring contract.

Indy. Send him home.

Hayward/RWilliams/Edwards to Indy

Turner/Warren/Bucks1st to Pistons

Drummond/Rose/Mykhailliuk to Boston

I know you dislike Turner, but he seems like a better fit in Boston than a few months of Drummond.

I just threw up in my mouth. Not even joking. Please stop with the Hayward for Slightly heavier Kanter trades.

These trades work in the trade checker and help Boston. Boston may need to add picks to both deals??

Covington for Grant Williams, Poirier & Ojeleye

Cauley-Stein for Carson Edwards

Covington adds bench depth and can guard guys like Giannis, LeBron, Kawhi, George, Siakim, Simmons

WCS can help guard Embidd.

We all know Kemba, Smart, Jaylen, Tatum & Hayward are off limits.
Can we be more realistic with our trade ideas ?

Burks, WCS & Bertans are the players I think we should be targeting.

Why is Hayward off limits? There are so many ??? with him. Health, contract, opt outs. I love how he’s playing but he’s not immovable by any means. The kids are a different story since they are either locked up long term or will be

Why is Smart off Limits?
You can always find Tough Defensive Guards that can’t shoot. I like smart but he’s totally not off limits.
