not that i agree cause that's just a dumb reason to trade down, but he probably thinks that cause Judge was special teams and wr coach on the pats.

If we trade down (which we should) its because teams want a QB, not because of Judge.

If we draft Simmons (who I like) or any wideout in the top 5, everyone should be fired.

Judge isn't going to come in and just demand that positional value gets thrown out the window.

Judge seems pretty intense and no nonsense.

I really liked his emphasis on accountability.

Yeah this guy seems pretty serious. No nonsense and process oriented not play sheet oriented.

The anti coordinator...which mcadoo and Shurmur were so that’s a positive.

Needs to surround himself with good coordinators though.

I'd be fine with it. Dude is a sh*thead as a HC, but was a good OC.

I'd be fine with it. Dude is a sh*thead as a HC, but was a good OC.

Ehh he really has zero OC experience though. He’s been a positional coach his whole career outside a half a year with browns last year.

I don’t know if we know he would be a good OC. I think it would be more of his friendship with Judge then his resume.

I would prefer other options to be honest.

What is more baffling is they keep on talking about the importance of building through the draft. Yet they traded two picks (1 premium pick) for a pending FA is Leonard Williams.

Makes even less sense now.

We're getting a comp pick to replace one of them.

The deal is still a headscratcher, but it doesn't cripple our draft

Was he the GM that said you can rebuild through the draft and still be a competitive team? Sounds like what Pills tried to do.

Nothing saying you can't do it. But it's usually best to pick one or the other. Especially in the Giants situation, because they needed everything for the last 2 years.
