What it's looked like to me basically all season was that Miami's FO and possibly Spo have decided the best way to handle too many players and not enough minutes has been to make fewer players available which would include extending player's rehabs(they'd say being cautious) to have fewer players available for the minutes. Dion's going to have issues with his minutes since that's messing with his future money and with that he was gone in possible situations where others might not have been. Honestly, it's about the best way to handle the minutes situation without making everyone angry.

Winslow wants to be a starting PG, not going to happen here. He sees the Knicks are looking to overhaul the PG position, hence the NY tweet. He wants to be traded to NY Knicks to be starting PG.
