This needs to move to the OKC forum at this point...

Only because he played there for many years. Not because he was a great player.

hey, many people work for a single organization in their life, same job 9-5 every day, until they retire. They should be immortalized too then.

Luke Ridnour and Nick Collison was supposed to be the new school Payton and Kemp in Seattle.

Nick Collison isn't even close which could get this thread closed. I hate to say it, but it's Westbrook for the reasons you gave.

I'll go out on a limb and say it's probably Ray Allen at #2 and Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp (both Sonics) could give KD a run for the money at #3.

I mean, I guess Payton and Kemp I can get behind given what they meant for the franchise despite not being as good as KD, but Ray Allen wasn't even there as long as KD, and he never came close to the finals.

i think i prefer the word "treasure". not like a national treasure or something, just a small treasure, a local treasure, a "free pass to all the okc games" for life kinda treasure

and it's something i think the okc fans would have to vote on.
