With that in mind, it was easy to forget there was a game in there to win, one the Suns were without Devin Booker (right forearm contusion), Cam Johnson (left hip soreness) and Tyler Johnson (illness) on the second game of a back-to-back.

Per Google reference:

Most contusions simply require time to heal. Soft tissue contusions can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to heal. Bone contusions take a bit longer — usually one to two months — depending on how severe the injuryis. As you recover, you can follow the RICE protocol to help manage your symptoms.Apr 12, 2018

So let's hope that it's only a muscle contusion that takes only up to a couple of weeks to heal, Rather than a bone contusion that could possibly take months to fully heal. :o

If it's going to be months, or we forget about the playoffs or we make a move for a shooter.
After how the team handle the Aytons suspension, maybe playoffs is not in Jones mind after all.
But Jones just said that they are hopeful he comes back on friday.
Is just frustrating how this team inform about injuries, never see something like this in all years I follow the NBA and I dont like it.

If it’s weeks or months, we forget about playoffs. Well we won’t have a choice anyway, the team’s gonna be down like 20 games under .500 when he returns then.

Book needs to do less of that and more of this in his pregame routine imo because he needs to sell the contact when he gets hit

Was that Luka flop posted in that Dudley/Luka flop thread on the GB? That's hilarious.

It would be one of the worst all-star snubs in history if he is not chosen.

Booker pulled a hood over his head walking off the court Friday at the AT&T Center in San Antonio as an idling bus waited. Looking up on the walk to the bus, Booker spotted the large replicas of the Spurs five championship banners lining the wall and pointed at them.

“I feel I’ve played at an All-Star level for the last three years, so I’m not going to let anyone else decide my legacy,” Booker told NBA.com. “I care more about getting some of these.”

Booker is a deserving all star but where them juicy defensive metrics at?

Sidery loves to pick and choose his stats

Some of those stats include defense.

And well... Morant, Ingram and Westbrook have not been too good on defense neither.

I was going to say he should definitely make it over Westbrook, though I didn't realize Westbrook wa averaging 26.3/8.1/7.4 and 1.6 steals per game.

However, his TS% is pretty bad, at 52.6%.

Nash and Booker together as our backcourt would have been GLORIOUS.

Good to see them together even just for some picture.
