Sixers being 7-14 on the road is shocking.

Sixers 1-12 on the road against teams that are in the top 8 of either conference
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Feel like the win against us is the only thread that BB is hanging onto his job by.

If that is the case, this Bucks' loss was sooooo worth it.

Couldn't agree more. Keep him there for the next decade.

Eh they smashed the Celtics without Embiid the other night. That’s a pretty big win for him. I do think he’s rightfully pissed off Simmons refuses to shoot open 3’s

Kidd ended the Warriors' 24-game win streak. And maybe BB has stubborn players (Embiid wanting to play on the perimeter, Simmons not shooting) but that's just as much an indictment against him.

He actually paid deep into the luxury tax unlike certain owners.

The previous regime putting such a trash, tanking roster around Brown for so long simultaneously made it pretty impossible to both develop talent/culture, and properly evaluate whether or not Brown was a good coach. Then after drafting Simmons, they've probably been just "good enough" (won 50 games and advanced to the 2nd round in back-to-back years) to convince themselves that he deserves more time. I don't think BB is Scott Brooks or Larry Drew, but he's had a longer leash than most guys would be afforded in his situation simply because all three GM's during his tenure there could never see the writing on the wall because they could never construct a coherent roster. He's just not that creative of an offensive mind.

I'm very often wrong about many things, in sports, life, whatever BUT when I read Ivan Raab scouting reports and watched highlights, I saw a nothing, the dude was absolutely not an NBA player in my opinion. Today, I have been vindicated.

My apologies to Ivan if you read this board, it's not you, it's me.

I hope Brown can hold onto his job for one more season. Past the Olympics, at least.

Watching KG destroy dudes in this zone was an experience. Wish he could've powered Minny past LA in '04.
