He's clearly got some issues and is going through a rough time. It's pretty clear he's not worth what he thought he was, and I certainly don't want to resign him. But still. Guys' got issues.

Can tell he struggles with mental issues. He post alot of those inspirational tweets mostly about not caring about what others think and stuff. The kind of thing you see alot of insecure people do or people battling with anxiety/depression.

I suffer from anxiety/depression like crazy at times and i see alot of others do this when dealing with it.

Yeah, I think we're on the same page. Doesn't make me want to give him 100 million or anything like that, but I don't buy this notion that someone being rich doesn't mean we can't empathize with them for having issues.

It's clear that stuff like the trade rumors, reports that nobody is offering anything for him, etc, are really wearing on the guy. It's effecting his play and it's effecting his body language.

Shooting threes at the end of the game in the gym? Sounds like how I used to take long walks in the middle of the night just to deal. Not really for me to speculate. Just thought I recognized something there. Could be totally off base.

Its also what makes me despise a guy like Embiid. I think he senses these weaknesses in Drummond and literally makes fun of it til he takes him out of the game.

Not that he couldnt just do it without the trash talk but he feels he needs to dig deeper.

Yeah I never fully understood that. He's clearly a superior player to Drummond, he proves it every single time. Trash talking is something that should happen when there's a genuinely two-sided rivalry going on.

Cue the people saying this is the house of hard knocks and if you can't take it get off the court. I don't care. I don't like it.

Except Drummond's value perhaps diving further, this was a perfect game.

Youngsters showed out and showed heart, but we lost. Love it. Tank away!

At this point, he has no value really. If only one considers "value" that would net a highly sought asset in this league: a 1st.

I mean, was it ever a surprise that it came to this? Many on here and elsewhere correctly assumed that this would be his path considering where the game has gone and will continue to go toward. You need to make more of an impact than just being an elite garbage clean up guy at the rim.

If dre just committed to being the leagues best garbage man, he would be a pretty valuable player. Unfortunately, we had guys telling him he was a franchise player for years and now he's convinced he is. He wants post ups. He wants offense to run through him up top. He wants to dribble the ball up court after rebounds. He wants to go one on one from the perimeter. He wants to showcase all his "skills." And when those things don't go well, he sulks.

IMO it's just another good loss.

Kids played well, Rose is killing it...

Dre, Reggie, Galloway and Thon can all walk as far as I'm concerned. Either trade them for longer money and picks or let them go in the off-season.

I'm all about Sekou at this point. And our 2020 pick.

Wood, Svi, Brown & Luke can fill a role on a decent team but we're a long way off being a decent team!

I'm concerned Casey is going to run Rose into the ground like he did Blake last year. He needs to reduce his minutes considerably and let him take a game off every couple weeks.

Run him into the ground or trade him = same result. A better tank.

If it's true he can basically call his shot to stay here, than I say play him 35 minutes a game. I don't think he gets much return in a trade anyways.

The real return is moving up from maybe a #8 pick with him to a #4 pick without. He's already single handedly won a couple games for us.

Ideally that's the dream. I also don't even mind if we sacrifice an asset or minor one to nab a few 2nd for the 2021 year either. It's going to be that deep with all them high schoolers.
