If there's a QB you really like you draft him. Any round.

I saw a mock that had us taking Jordan Love. Another one that just came out had him going #5 to the Dolphins.

If a QB Gute likes falls to 30 I am fine with him taking one there.

Feels like an offseason coming off a 7-9 season, not 13-3. Really really weird. Don’t know if that’s because we caught a lot of breaks or LaFleur got the absolute most out of a mediocre roster. Probably both

I think Favre was 36 when we drafted Rodgers in 2005. Same age as Aaron now.

We did have Aaron drop into our lap, back then. But it's time to think about a succession plan for two years from now when he'll only cost $3m to cut.

That is not to say that it has to be a first round pick this year, though. You still take BPA there, IMO. There's literally no wrong decision because we could use talent all over the roster:

We could use another corner.
We could use an OLB and an ILB.
We could use a guard, center, or tackle.
We could use a WR or a TE.
We could use another quality back.

If there's a QB you think can be a 10 year starter for us that falls to us like Rodgers did then go ahead and take him otherwise I don't see it as an immediate need. It's easy to blame Rodgers for not being Godgers but this game was lost on the lines more than anything, they're stronger faster more physical then this team and its been like that every time we've played them.

Definitely all for BPA and trying to compete best we can in these twilight years of Rodgers.

We'll definitely be everyone's pick as "team most likely to regress", and I won't disagree with them.

We're fine and there's nothing to panic about. We "arrived" a year ahead of schedule. The holes TT left were massive, BG did a good job first year, though the Gary pick might cost us (clearly should have gone TE or traded up for Bush like the Steelers).

Resign Bulaga, Crosby on one years and see if you can get Fackrell on the cheap as a backup. Hope Savage continues to develop. Need a young tackle, ILB, one receiver, one TE...use FA to get a legit starter at any of the last three.

The main concerns for me are if A-Rod cant deal anymore and if Management is fooled into thinking Blake is good. We can MAYBE live with Blake if we actually use our DL as more than space eaters.

Also cut MAdams. Cant stand another preseason hype bull with him.

Not sure of our cap space, Jimmy likely cut. Kenny likely getting an extension. But I believe we'll have some cash to spend.

An ILB not named Martinez from somewhere, draft or free agency or trade. We won't beat the 49ers next season or the following season unless our LB corps vastly improves.

Must reload on the trenches especially the Dline. Add a few playmakers on offense too.

I hope Gutey realizes Martinez is not the answer at ILB. We can't afford to pay him like a stud ILB.
