I have a nephew who has really nice season tocket seats (130 face value). He said he sold quite a few and the cheapest they went for was face value (Orlando game). He made 1500 per ticket for the laker game.

I've seen some people here state season ticket holders can't sell more than a 1/3 of their tix.

I'm looking to get some season tickets next year and probably these type of seats but I'd have to sell quite a few to supplement some of the cost. Is it true you can't sell more than a third? Or you can only sell a third via the NBA ticket app?

Interesting. Im just going to shamelessly ask: do you know what kind of section and approximate row is he in? Mine are 100 dollar corner lowers in row 13 but if i can pay a little more for a break even situation i would be thrilled.

I do not know where he's sitting but he's giving me a game in the next few months. I'll update next time I talk to him.

i gotta get this figured out.. i can't just throw away hundreds of dollars every year just to call myself a season ticket holder.

I'm also in the black with a couple games left. Upper level baseline and when I don't sell to friends, I utilize StubHub 90% of the time. I've used about 25% of the games via member swap program (i.e. trade in crappy games, buy lower level seats to 3-4 games). Upper level just offers much less risk on non-valuable games. I can afford to sell a few under face and not lose ton of $ vs your lowers where could lose 3 figures/night on **** games.

Yeah, i think that's part of the problem is the lowers.. If you sell a good weekend game you can easily get double your money but i'm probably going to get an extra 30% and I definitely lose more on the bad games than I gain on the good games. I also made some bad decisions like trading in a pair of seats to a bad game during the week for two singles to two separate weekend games. I'm never dealing with singles again unless it's the Lakers or next year's Warriors.

Probably gonna lose around 700 plus the expense of the games that I went to but i'll figure it out for next year.

I haven't done it yet, but looked into it.

It gets busy, make a reservation and you should be good.

I didn't see keychain one but did get Whirlyball one. I pretty much wasted my points this year as not getting much out of member events and not gonna use Jockey Club passes (which I heard is nothing all inclusive or special).

Did anybody get their new auto bill amount? Mine jumped like 35-40% from last year. Yikes. I dont know if that is reflective of new prices or if a glitch, haha. I may ask my rep.

I got mine, but it seemed to match last years prices (hard to tell cause I paid in full and their account management system is horrible). Was told prices aren't final and they were going to use last year's rates and bill us after once they get around to it.

Whole process leaves a bad taste in mouth. We can't tell you pricing for playoffs in 3 months but yeah we want you to paying for games through next April.

I may ask to see if my monthly reflects new pricing. I know one thing, if Giannis bails I'm out for sure as no way I'll get my $ back if he goes. It's fine at the moment overall.

Thanks for the info, those of you giving updates. Mine looks to be a 37% increase, assuming they are going to take 12 payments at what I was billed last week.

To me, that means the first payment will be what I paid last year monthly, and then It will be adjusted. I want to know what something costs before I start paying for it. This is the MINIMUM the tickets will go up? Get the **** out of here with that. The Bucks are playing games and right now I'll play along because the team is so good, but IF you know who leaves I think it's going to be hard to sell season tickets the way the Bucks have treated the season ticket holders. Every time I turn around it feels like the bucks are pulling a fast one on me.

This is why I opted out of the "Green and Growing" or whatever they call the auto-renewal they force on everyone now. I want to know the cost before I commit to paying. The fact that they're charging people before they even know how much they're charging for the whole year is super shady, IMO.

That was my interpretation too and what they have done in past years (i.e. pay last year amount until new prices are out). Yeah I dont like this change w/o notification and am curious if it's even legal what they're doing. Maybe it's in some fine print.

I'll play along until Giannis leaves or even if he stays I'll stay in until the market levels off which I assume will as arena "ages", people spoiled with winning 50 games and seeing Giannis, etc.
