I only read confirmation about his wife not being on board, nothing about his daughters specifically

Bryant was travelling in a private helicopter when it burst into flames above the city of Calabasas, according to the reports.

Read this on bbc. So sad.

Damn it..

TMZ is reporting his daughters weren’t on the helicopter. I pray they weren’t also involved in the crash.

Rick Fox was apparently on board too. One of the worst days in LA history...

One other dead will be the pilot. So Kobe and three others likely in the Kobe circle.

Terrible news. Glad I was sitting down when I saw this or I may have lost my balance. Truly a loss.

I had a read the title multiple times for it to sink in.

Don't know what to say. I'm in shock. And if his daughters were on board too? What an unbelievable tragedy.

Just horrible.

How can Kobe and his 4 daughters all be dead on the crash that killed all 5 on board. Who was flying it?

I'm sure Kobe was on it, but after that I'm not sure.

RIP I have had non stop goosebumps hoping this is a fluke story.

Kobe will forever be the GOAT on and off the court. He spoke 7 languages and was a humble model for billions.

RIP Mr Kobe Bryant, my sincerest condolences - like everybody else I'm without words and deeply saddened.

ps: I can't believe they're not cancelling the games, it's the bare minimum, show some decency.
