Srsly? Tragedies can bring out the best and most vulnerable and compassionate traits in people. I probably wouldn’t have tweeted publicly but their feud was made public so I guess he figured he’d try to mend it publicly.

Cut the guy some slack.

i will never cut a weasel like Perk slack, we all know what he's doing there, but if you don't want to see it, that's up to you.

It's so surreal and heart wrenching when you google his name and one of the first results is his wikipedia page which lists both his birthday and date of death and mentions him in the past tense. RIP to Kobe his daughter and all those who perished in the crash.

What a weird, sorta dark thing to say.

Guess Smush had to find jesus because he couldn't find his jumper.

Woah I just saw that. That's too bad. But not everyone understands timing. I don't remember the particulars about that case but that discussion is definitely one that could be had. Hell I like Derrick Rose so I have my own discussions about that with various people. But doing that only hurts your position when there is not anyone who wants to listen to that in the moment. I was taught to speak when people are listening but some people just need to be speak regardless.

I agree with cutting some slack. Also, in the age that we live in people like to post their feelings on the internet.

People who talk like that are genuinely dumb. I don't believe in God, but if I did, no being would have any authority over what he/she would want.

I’ll leave it here - this thread is about giving respect and remembering the mamba. One of his brotherhood and contemporaries during his era - one of very few people on the planet are a part of it - chose to reach out to a former teammate in an apparent attempt to heal in this most painful of times for them more than anyone besides Kobe’s loved ones and personal friends. Was it genuine? Who knows? But Perk is alot closer to the situation than you’ll ever be. Maybe just think about that before you start casting aspersions on players secret intentions.

i base my opinion on Perk having a track record of being a POS weasel, so I think I'm okay with my conclusion, thanks tho.

Still doesn't seem real. I was in disbelief when my buddy texted me about the news. I got angry telling him to stop spreading fake news. It wasn't on Woj or Shams twitter. Checked the Score app, nothing. Then he sent a link, and I thought if I clicked it, it would be some weird joke that was going around. Then I checked RealGM and saw the thread. I was stunned. People have different ways of grieving bro. Be gentle.

Another quote from his instagram. A bit longer.

2020 has been **** terrible.

People say this every single year around this time. This is a tragedy, but the world is full of tragedies. Its a random existence where you can be gone in an instance. It has never and will never change. All we can do is appreciate the memories, hug the people we love and go tackle life to get out of it what we please.

Stern death, Kobe's death, WW3 fear, coronavirus,

The start to this year has been a little bit worse than previous years I'd say...
