These are the games where I think the Cavs are going to regret not having traded TT sooner.

What are you thinking here? You'd like to see Henson starting at C or Larry?

It's hard to tell the way the rotations are managed whether the second unit is just being constantly overplayed to the point of exhaustion; or if they're just beating up other team's reserves until the starters return and restore order.

I try not to take away much from games on the second night of a back to back. Collin, KPJ, and Larry all played with a lot of energy ... but Jrue Holiday pretty much beat us by himself by guarding whoever we were running the ball through.

Running some 2-man game is better than running nothing. It's stuff any of our combo-guards should be able to handle, but there's not much to exploit when our guards can't score on Favors and our bigs can't score on Holiday. lol

It would be nice to see more signs of an offensive system - we'd generate better matchups.

My thinking is that 82 games make for a long season and when TT was out-hustling everyone earlier, and playing in favorable matchups, he looked more attractive as a trade asset. Over the last month, he's really come down to earth, been exposed by unfavorable matchups, and I don't see another team offering much.

Other teams just needed to see Tristan doing Tristan stuff. Come playoff time they know what he'll bring, the big question is whether they think they need that at the price the Cavs are asking.

For instance, the Mavs decided Willie Cauley-Stein was good enough to replace Powell and he only cost them a second rounder.

As long as our trade bait is healthy going in to the deadline, there's a chance we'll find a fish that'll bite; but per usual opponents are presuming the Cavs are desperate and they will get the best deal by waiting us out ... or will just pull the trigger on an alternative. Our "assets" are simply not that attractive regardless of what happens on the floor.
