Ah holy **** we missed out big time. Can't believe Jerry screwed us over like that, but he totally made up for it with the Klaw and PGmissing. He's like the Pat Bev of upper brass, you hate when he's against you but love to have him on your side I guess lol.

So, Jerry finally confirms what all of us knew for years. Kobe committed to the Clippers. Rumors for years were that Kobe told the Lakers he was signing with the Clippers and Buss asked Jerry to give Kobe a call. Lakers fans never believed the rumors because they couldn't imagine Kobe would have left the Lakers for the Clippers.

Clippers moved Melvin Ely for a 2nd round pick after their Kobe meeting which signaled they were clearing the remaining cap space for the deal. Sad that it took Kobe's death for the record to be set straight. I think Kobe always denied the rumor.

Rick Fox seem to be a real 'big brother' figure for Kobe... and Derek Fisher, his confidant...

Next game, and for the remainder of the season, the Clippers should leave Kobe's jersey numbers uncovered up in the rafters (I think someone else mentioned this earlier/somewhere).

... still feeling it, things haven't settled for me yet...

I think I might be waiting for Vanessa to speak, publicly... or for the Clipper-Lakers game(?)... or for the end of the season, idk.

Patrick Patterson Tone deaf comments about the rescheduling of the game due to kobe bryant's death has really got me upset. What a looney bin.

Yeah, looks like Pat's 5 min a game are going to go down to zero... or hopefully he's just waived for an extra spot *cough* Demarcous Cousins.

IIRC, we still have an open roster spot right now without needing to waive anyone. I wouldn't mind giving Boogie a chance. Supposedly he's going to be ready for the playoffs.

Hold on, you're missing the main point here.. Just imagine the reaction from Laker fans if we took him... they've literally been convincing themselves that he was going to be THE playoff difference maker for them. Why not mess with them a little more?

lol He's not playing he's going to continue to rehab with the Lakers. We need a defensive centere that can hold their weight against jokic,ad and Brook Lopez/embiid
