Great first quarter, not very good second. We need more from Hayward.

Good first half. We will see what happens if the sixers consistently hit their shots in the second half though.

No Kemba/Kanter and Tatum on a minutes restrictions. And Smart with aching balls.

Lets do this. Won't be easy though.

My bad, you’re right.

Let Simmons go off. We don't want him creating easy looks for his teammates. Let him get his in the 3rd, then start hacking the **** out of him in the 4th

Embiid and Simmons are like peanut butter and broccoli. They just don't go well together.

Every game when things don't go Embiid's way he turns into  mode.

Two points from Hayward is just not enough with Kemba out even if the Celtics have the lead.

Need to put the pedal to the floor to start the third and try and put this game away early.

Sixers I feel were feeling themselves for the last few minutes there.

Need to stay focused and get this W

Nobody is really passing the ball, team has 7 assists. Hayward and Tatum are tied for the lead with 2 each. Pretty gross, but I'll take the results.

He is playing soft. Pretty disappointing. Needs to step it up.

Speaking of food:

I tried the Dunkin Donuts Beyond Meat "sausage" sandwich, yesterday. My impression was the same as every other time I've tried plant-based "meat": if it's all I had to eat, I'd have no problem with it whatsoever, but it simply doesn't taste anything meat. I can't help but think anyone who tells you otherwise either a.) was paid to do so, or b.) is already biased to really want to believe in it (i.e. vegetarians/vegans).

Add in that it's 3x as expensive, and I just don't see it taking off in it's current form.

This is coming from someone who is really supportive of the endeavor to create artificial meat. It's just not there yet.

Q1 was awesome.
Q2 we lost intensity & D & shot poorly.
Outrebounded 26-18.
We have missed 6 FTs.
JB & JT w combined 30 points.
Need to come out like we did in Q1 on both ends.
Gordon must start making shots.

Hayward giving the team nothing so far.

He needs to find his groove in the second half because we all know Philly will make a run. Need him to help blunt that.

We were moving the ball in the 1st Q. Not so much in the 2nd. Too much dribbling, not enough passes to the other side of the floor. We made it easier for their defense in the last few minutes for sure.

The problem of most (all?) of these meat alternatives is the crazy-high salt content. After trying a few, I've decided I'll be staying away from them for a while.

Shame on you. Beyond Meat's investors include Kyrie, KD and Chris Paul. I'm totally boycotting it.
