Detroit is crazy if they think someone will give up a lottery pick for Derrick.

They must have their eye on a team that has like a stashed 1st rounder from a current lottery team.

GarPax will gladly give up this year lottery pick for playoff revenue.

Don’t be surprised if the sucker is actually us.

It's a negotiation ploy. They ask for this and probably will get a late 1st pick or protected pick. But, he is a fringe all-star this year and he is on a great contract. And, it is not crazy in that sense. A team like Indiana, Dallas, Lakers, Orlando and a couple more can use Derrick. He has finally figured out how to play with his reduced athleticism and that took him a few years.

I would like him in Miami and see if he and Jimmy can figure out and do some damage in the post-season.

I get so irritated that even the Knicks who coming in with the worst record in the league, has gotten 4 quality wins on the season and we have zero.

Indiana
Miami
Dallas twice

and not to mention they have also beaten Portland and Broolyn twice.

Love Vince Carter...didn't do ring chasing like most would do at his age. That said, I hope he gets traded to a contender before he retires.

A player at Beal's level not making the ASG is a disgrace

Sixers suck. They need to trade Simmons or Embiid for players that fit.

Celts look like they may be able to take down Bucks. Brown and Tatum have both gone next level and their handles are legit. Kemba can score in the clutch.

Brooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie Irving suffered a right knee sprain and was ruled out for the ending of Saturday's loss to the Washington Wizards, per Fred Katz of The Athletic.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Irving is expected to undergo an MRI on Sunday.

I'll be pretty surprised if any team in the East beats a healthy Bucks team. They are absolutely dominant.

Wow Lillard continues his onslaught. 51 points in a win over Utah. Last 4 games all wins against Pacers, Lakers, Rockets no less.

trading a 2020 first rounder and thad for a 4th point guard named derrick rose is very unlikely to get the bulls into the playoffs

I don't want to like the Celtics, but that team is fun to watch. They have very good scorers from all 3 levels, play as a unit and help each other on both ends. Brad Stevens is a great coach, too. Happy to see Daniel Theis doing so well. Another example why overpaying for a center with nice-looking stats but low impact (Whiteside, Drummond, Vucevic...) is something good teams shouldn't do.

This season will be an interesting one. The Bucks on paper should be the finals representative out of the East. Who knows if they get upset in the conference finals or lose in the finals.

What wrong timing to be the host of the ASG and no one on the team to rep the City. It sucks but tbh, we deserve it. Zach had the best case but he probably won't even be the 1st replacement if an injury happens.

Kobe's death got me thinking about legacy and how special he was, same with Dirk and Duncan in that they basically grew from kid to man to legend in those home teams/city. It's a huge part of their legacy, playing and winning with the team that drafted them. It also reminded me how that was supposed to be Rose for us until his ACL tear. What could've been.

I wonder if we'll ever see a career like they had. Maybe Giannis if he wins one in Milwaukee? Luka? I feel like international players are more likely to stay with one team their whole careers because they appreciate the teams that drafted them more for gambling on them than american players do. I can see Dame sticking with POR his entire career, but I don't think POR will win a title anytime soon so who knows.

Speaking of Dame, he's been on a serious tear lately. It's a joy to watch him drag his team to the playoffs.

I've seen a lot of crazier, more unexpected things than of the Bulls were to suddenly trade for Chris Paul for a variety of reasons, including so they can have an all star in the game lol.

Trading for Chris Paul right now is a true Chicago Bulls franchise type move, no kidding. Not saying it would be smart or dumb (obviously depends on what they'd give up). Just a very Bulls thing. Reach a little far for a skill and credibility boost while trying, perhaps justifiably, to sell it internally and externally as a good bargain value trade.

The craziest thing about a Chris Paul trade scenario is thinking the Bulls have anything worthy to trade... To anyone actually...
