LeVert should play like this more often. Good that he had a game like this. Prince played well too.

we all know what he can do. we're all waiting on consistency.

Lol maybe wait a few games till after hes injured then.

that doesnt really happen as he is oft injured. he has been inconsistent his entire career. he really needs to work on his strength and athleticism. if he could be even a below average finisher instead of terrible one he would have a ton more nights like this.

Glad to see him get a good game in the books, it should help his confidence. if he keeps it up we can weather the storm without kyrie and if anything at least spencer has more to rely on than musa and pinson

I don't understand the point of posts like these. No one is rooting against Levert here, we all want to see him succeed.

There was literally a thread on this board attacking Levert for being bad.

It was an overreaction then and it still is now.

Also funny coming from you you since you threw a fit after I said Dinwiddie could play better.

Who attacked him? The question was why he was struggling. not lets kill levert and kick his puppy. And overall, he i still playing really bad. Woj tweets have indicated the nets may not be so high on him long term and he is moveable. Over his last 82 games he is among the worst in the league when it comes to scoring efficiency and shooting.

Im glad he had a great night, we needed it with Kyrie out. but its a long way before we can call him a reliable plus rotation player and any/all long term concern is certainly warranted.

Phoenix is awful though. Jesus. I heard about Ayton being allergic to contact but man, that was easily the softest 25 points I'll ever see. Not impressed by him at all. Vucevic is Shaq compared to this guy.

Yeah, Joe Harris shot looks to be finding the bottom of the net again.

I was thrilled to learn we wouldnt face baynes tonight, ill take going up against ayton over him any day

For Caris, this is once in a row, and I'm happy. I hope he keeps it up, I'm cautiously optimistic that at least he can give us life while he doesn't have the share the rock with Irving. I might be the only person on this board who's been accused or alluded to as both a Caris homer and a Caris hater. So, I'm playing it cool, and I will wait to see more before offering any hot takes.

Yeah, even if he can give us a semi-efficient 13/4/2 off the bench while playing high energy that would be huge.

Great effort by everyone on the team last night. We did what we were supposed to do against Phoenix.

I just want to see the heart and hard play for the rest of the season. I don't know if the consistency is always going to be there due to some guys just being very streaky and injury concerns. I'll hold my breath on what we can do come playoff time.

Eyes on the prize, which is the next 2 years. Development and gelling of the team this year, long term health, bringing back Joe Harris, and being able to successfully insert KD and prime the offense around him.

Good that TLC is getting minutes now we just need Kenny to find minutes for Kurucs.

Let's hope that LeVert can string together some good games in a row here to get his confidence working and getting him back to his old self. having him out there doing what he did last night has been sorely missing from this team even when Kyrie plays.

If LeVert brings that kind of energy and activity, Kyrie won't have to score 50 points for us to win a game.

Goddamn. He didn’t take a shot. That was straight to the head.

Grizzlies are one of the better young teams in the league at 25-25 and #8 in the West, with a fantastic young roster that is fun to watch. I don't blame Brooks and Morant for taking shots at him, his contract should be voided.

They should have traded LeVert for a 2nd rounder 8-)

The daily hot-takes lately have been something else.

Anyway, good W.

I was afraid we were going to take the L without Kyrie but it was good to see a bunch of guys step up and get a team W.

That thread wasn't an attack, it was asking a very fair and reasonable question, because Levert's performance level this season has been extremely well. It was not an overreaction, it's fair to wonder why one of your core pieces is playing so poorly.

And I called you out in the other thread because your stance on Dinwiddie was coming from an agenda, and it absolutely was. Dinwiddie, Levert, Prince, these are all our guys. A true fan of the team wants to see all of them succeed. I would absolutely love to see Levert develop into an all star caliber player if possible. It doesn't mean that we can't criticize our players when they're playing poorly, which Levert has been. And by that standard, it also doesn't make any sense to say Dinwiddie has been a disappointment this season, someone who doesn't win us games, when he has been one of our few bright spots this year, and playing well above his contract value.

Its fair to wonder why our player who is returning from injury is playing poorly?

Maybe he was out for over a month and was getting back into shape. Its actually not that complicated at all. The thread was a complete overreaction.

What evidence do you have that I have an agenda?

I literally made a post criticizing all of our players. How on Earth did you get me having an "agenda" against Dinwiddie because I think all of our players (besides Kyrie and Allen) have not played up to par? And I included Levert in this btw.

I love Dinwiddie. I of course want him to succeed.

You're literally spewing nonsense about me having an "agenda" against him when I criticized the whole team. You make no sense.
Levert is always returning from injury, and every single time it takes him a while to regain his form. I don't see any other player suffering as much, coming back from injury. It wasn't just a few games after injury, its been a while since he has been back. So no, thread isn't an overreaction. If anything, pretending that things are fine with Levert after 1 good game is the overreaction. Maybe wait and see how he plays over an extended period of time.

And the evidence for agenda lies in your actual posts. I said it sounded like you had an agenda, then you went ahead and proved me right by saying that Dinwiddie has been part of the disappointment this year, and he doesn't help us win games.

Loved the energy this game. Prince showed no hesitation which is nice to see. Levert was bouncy and played with confidence. Booker was way off which made this one easy.

Prince has been very good since Kyrie/Levert returned. if he stays in his lane he is a plus player and great fit

I feel like KD will be healthy enough to practice this season. The question is whether he'll actually play, because as of right now, he has made a lot of progress and is on timeline to be available this season.

It's not worth it, we're not going to catch Philadelphia for 6th and we're probably going to be going back and forth with Orlando for 7/8. Might as well let KD get a full season of rest and rehab.

Do you believe that KD will not push to play if he's healthy enough to play?

Our dream bracket would have Milwaukee/Toronto/Philly as the 1/4/5. I'd take my chances with KD and Kyrie against the smaller teams of the East.
