Yea...But Dontrelle has a reputation for both hitting and pitching.

Final Score: 7-4 Braves

Yea he does but bottom line he is a pitcher. Pitchers no matter how good are supposed to hit a homerun off of you, theres just know way it should happen. He only has a batting average of .220 which is actually pretty good for a pitcher though.

The Braves are down 6.5 games behind the New York Mets with an important series coming up.

Milwaukee Brewers @ Atlanta Braves: 9/21 Game Thread.

Tonights Game: September 21st

Turner Field | 7:05 PM ET

Carlos Villanueva, RHP (8-4, 4.11)
Brewers (78-74) @

Tim Hudson, RHP (16-8, 3.33)
Braves (80-73)

Scouting Report:

Brewers: Villanueva started slow on Sunday against the Reds, walking the first hitter he faced and eventually loading the bases. But he escaped that jam and never looked back, allowing only one more Reds baserunner past first base on the way to seven scoreless innings in a key Brewers win. Villanueva improved to 2-1 since returning from a stint at Triple-A and joining the rotation. Despite his early-season success in a relief role, it appears he is better suited to starting, and he has a chance with three starts remaining to make a statement about his candidacy for next year's rotation. First things first, though, because the Brewers are still vying to win the division.

Braves: Hudson unhinged himself from the 15-win mark and beat the Nationals with arguably his most dominant effort in a season full of superb outings. Hudson had gone winless in four starts since winning his 15th game on Aug. 20, but snapped that streak and tossed Atlanta's first complete game of the season. In holding Washington scoreless, Hudson also completed his first shutout since April 19, 2006, and improved his record to 4-0 against the Nationals in 2007. Hudson beat Milwaukee at Miller Park on May 30, pitching seven innings and allowing two runs.

There is no way we should have lost that game last night. We had Tim Hudson on the mound and couldn't take advantage. We never have any run support, we score about 1 or 2 runs every game. There is no way we can win with only 1 run.
