He should. Neto is below average at everything. Burke can at least get his own shot.

Wow, I can't believe we dumped a handful of 2nds for these guys.

Robinson is a career scrub with inflated stats. Burks is more of a could-have-been than a scrub, but he's still putting up inflated stats.

Neither of these guys solve our creation need.

It’s ok. Just don’t take the rest of this season to heart and wait until the overhaul this offseason.

I'm done getting upset over seconds with this FO

Yep. At least they got players in return instead of selling the picks on draft day.

Yeah, I don't think we've really moved the needle much here but the costs were non-prime 2nds that we would have sold for cash otherwise.

Giving up more picks for 1-year rentals. This organization will never learn. Hinkie is rolling over in his grave.

hate to say it but thybulle's minutes could take a hit...he's been brutal from 3 for the past month or so...low 20's. and i don't really see a need to have ennis on the roster. We'll see what they do today.

I mean, this guy provides what we need offensively. Quick shot, able distributor, can attack the close out. He's not going to save us at the end of a shot clock, but we need player that can convert a GD assist.

I'll wait and see what other domino falls before assessing this, but good depth move. Extra pieces to play with line-ups is always good.

Kinda funny/crazy regarding another overhaul since Embiid and Simmons are the only guys left who played against Boston in May 2018.

The window to win a championship is small. The 76ers have additional 2nd picks coming in the form of the OKC pick. If we can get players that help us get over the hump, make it to the finals or even win the championship, then use the picks.
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

Exactly. Second round picks should be the last thing to worry about.

Two bench players from a 12-40 team are not going to get the Sixers over the hump. They should keep their assets, finish out the season, and then use their assets to find a new home for Horford. They will never win anything while giving ~25% of their cap space to a player who can't share the floor with Embiid and Simmons.

Even if someone agreed with you, what difference would three late second round picks make in moving Horford elsewhere?

Both are below average back PGs. They seem to trust Neto more, presumably because of the defensive end. I don't think they are planning on either being in the playoff rotation beyond spot minutes, so I don't really care either way.

Alec Burks could be an absolute steal. I really don't see how anyone can complain about this deal. Complaining about 2nd round picks? Really? Maybe in 2015...
