I'm not sure if Rose is going to do a good job but I hope he at least is able to hire a good GM and shield them from Dolan. If that happens the Knicks could be on their way to building this thing up the right way. Good luck

this is a power move.
this is a rebuild the brand move.
Makes sense now that Mills was ousted when he started working on win-now trades.
This move must have been in the works for months.

Got to imagine they strip everything of value here and look to gain as much long term assets as possible.
we know that Rose/WWW are gonna go big game hunting.
Here's to hoping they bring a top notch GM with them to handle the day-to-day.
Obviously from there experience, they have clout with GMs to know who would be the right fit.

If Rose and co get their autonomy I see this working wonders for you guys. In European soccer, super agents own leagues. They pull strings and some of the biggest clubs in the world start dancing. They say jump and super successful, historic, billion dollar teams with basically an infinite bank account, ask how high.

IFFFFFFFFF Dolan lets him work, along with the allure of NY and MSG, Im a bit worried.

These guys don’t take a huge pay cut (he will make less as a president then an agent) to sit around and build and wait. They want results.

Quick results will come with trading picks for guys they know. Find CAA clients and expect trades. It’s obvious.

Yeah, I don't like the looks of it. Its hard to get behind anything the Knicks do. Not really much choice i guess...as always, hope for the best prepare for the worst
