How many of the same guy do we need? Rob Williams is always hurt and Grant looks like he might be a solid 9th man. How many young guys can a team have before there's not enough playing time?

Once we pick a guy those picks lose most of their value because that guy is going to be buried on the bench at least for a while.

Ainge doesn't have to trade first rounds, only rose worth a late first round and he doesn't make sense here, the rest are players that worth 2-3 second rounds. He needs to trade second rounds for players and consolidate the first rounds in a trade up in the draft.
