As far as playoff tickets go.. i dont understand your prices. Mine were about the same from reg season to round 1. Just a five dollar increase. Im assuming most of you have uppers. They learned last year they can cut way into the secondary market by simply jacking the rates.

Unfathomable...

I moved downtown to be closer to the arena, they would have had a season ticket holder for a long time.

It almost makes me not give a **** about the team anymore.

I would just send them a thank you letter next year. Tonight I would consider a top 10 home game and you can get tickets for $25 or less (lowers starting at $43). I'm paying more for tonight's game being a season-ticket holder. Tickets are not going to be higher on the street next year. Just skip the LAL game and you will come out a head. Especially if you are moving downtown, you will get a lot of good value weeknight games against the Jazz, Mavs, etc

Same here. Me & my group are in 104 and our first round tickets are about $5 more per seat than our regular season price.

Yeah, it just makes me mad. They have zero interest in building relationships with their most die hard fans. Its a money grab. Im assuming that comes from the very top.

23 bucks a seat? well i guess the good news for you is that you can probably sell them for at least 90 each.

That would be super frustrating. Sorry to hear that. I notice my current rep calls upon my emails but I'd rather have a paper trail on some of this stuff. Did they give you grief when you cancelled? I'm waiting to see my actual final invoice but leaning towards bolting too.

Beer button was back last night. I didn't use but saw it in the app and workers running around with Coors Light bags.

Great idea and I know it's sponsored by Miller/Coors but unless they add good beers I won't use it.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'm kind of surprised the arena doesn't push pre game food and drink specials. From 5:30 to 6:30, have a happy hour where even buy one get one would be really profitable. I would be more likely to buy a beer during the game if I bought one before so I would think in game sales would actually go up.

The happy hour is a great idea. Get people there early. More eat at the concessions. Order more drinks.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

I know on Mondays they have $2 brats before the game but they could definitely do more of those kinds of promotions.

Agreed, I'll go to a local place to have a few beers but if had happy hour I'd go in probably. They used to occasionally have a Coors Light like $4 deal up to 30 minutes of tip I think last year and for sure last year at BC. But yeah other than having brat deal idk of anything else but is great idea.

They do this for Marquette games. You can get a Hamms beer for $3 before tipoff and a lot of they games they would do some $5 appetizers like wings or nachos too that ended at tipoff.

No. All he said was that I could talk to his supervisor if I wanted to, but that he would give me the same answer. So I asked him why on earth i would want to talk to another person who would give me the same answer. I then told him to refund the auto renewal on my tickets for next year and that's really all i had to say about it. There was zero effort to retain the account. That's fine, i'm not looking for them to go the hospitality route and shower me with gifts to win my affection. I just want the thing we originally agreed on. I plan to figure out who i can email that's higher up and just tell them exactly what happened and how i feel about it. After i vent i'll move on and just buy tickets to single games here and there.. which is actually fine because there are lots of great deals on stubhub especially right before tip off. It just really pisses me off.. I liked being part of the club, or whatever. I liked feeling like i had a stake in the team to some small degree. They truly do not deserve Giannis.

They used to do those $3 silver bullet Coors can deals for Bucks games in the Coors corners of the BC. I was so disappointed when that didn’t carry over.

YES! This is exactly how I feel. I just like being a season ticket holder, but god are they making it tough. It seriously feels like they don't want me to be part of the club or something. Here's my latest ticket rep story:

I recently had ostomy surgery. It freaking sucks, I was stuck in the hospital for a month then a month recovering. I had to give away/ sell a lot of my tickets. I had a goal in mind to be able to attend the 76ers game last Thursday. As the date got closer I realized that I wasn't going to be able to do my normal walk into the arena. I called good ol' Jada, told her the situation, and asked if she could help me out with a parking space. I was expecting to pay the $30 or whatever. I didn't want anything for free, but my doctor did give me a handicap placard, so I figured they could swing something for me because, hey, I'm a season ticket holder! Her response was that all the parking spaces were gone there was nothing she could do and suggested that I get there early to get a close spot on the street.

Initially, I accepted that. If there are no spots there are no spots, but then I found out that was absolutely not the case. So, I called the ticket office told them the situation and they sold me a parking pass for the 5th street lot. Awesome, all is well and I'm excited to attend the game.

Later that day Jada calls me and says she heard that I was able to get parking and was glad that they could help. I lost it. She didn't help. In fact, I almost didn't go to the game because of her. As an account rep, your job is the keep the season ticket holders happy. If she couldn't get me parking, she sure as **** should have directed me to someone who could instead of telling me it was impossible. I asked to talk to her manager and got a lot of pushback from her. After way too much back and forth, she reluctantly gave me her manager's name and number. I called... Still haven't heard back...

When I first purchased my tickets, I was sold on the fact that this was going to be a "premium experience". At first, it was, but now it just seems like the team is dicking me around every time I turn around. Being a season ticket holder has really changed the way I view the Bucks and has without a doubt lessened my passion for the team.

End rant.

And I feel like what is really dumb here, on their part, is how easy this was to resolve and help with. I feel like if I were in Jada’s shoes, I’d want to do for you what I would want done for me, or in other words, I’d figure it out. And if I couldn’t, I’d at least tell you I tried x, y, z or would give you a tip.

I guess what I’m trying to say is there should be some empathy or pride

I suppose it’s easy for me to say that here because in all honesty I have no idea what it’s really like to be a ticket rep. I don’t know how busy they are etc. But, man, if I were Jada, I’d try to figure it out

No idea how they changed their staffing. They probably went from 2-4k (assuming holders probably had multiple seats) season ticket holders and probably a lot of guys who had plenty of money/super loyal and renewed every year. Now they probably have 3-4x as many with less flexibility (they no longer have an empty stadium to offer comp tickets, move you around, etc). The logistics of that many holders is probably harder if they didn't double the staffing (and even if they double staffing, they probably have less authority and access to the decision makers)
