It's metaphysically impossible for the Washington Wizards to defeat a Rick Carlisle coached team. The whole team could be hurt and it wouldn't matter. Carlisle would beat the Wizards with JJ Barea and their G-League roster.

Yes. But now we have Shabazz Shazam.
Actually, it’s Friday, so tonight after sundown he becomes Shabazz Shalom.

Hmm, maybe I'll change my name to Ruzz.
So starts the Bazz and Jerome era - doesn't exactly roll smoothly off the tongue. Figure Ish will get a few more minutes than Napier - maybe 28 to 20. But Robinson's really the 3rd 2 - with Mathews back - and there's still Glove, Jr. Obviously, they have to see if Robinson can play, so expect 3 guard lineups to be common. I'm hoping for a big game from Wagner - stay out of foul trouble - I will change the channel if he's trying to draw offensive fouls inside the circle.

Now that most of our young players are healthy and we've added another young guy to replace McRae, I'm no longer thrilled with GPII starting. There's only so many non-Beal, non-Ish minutes available at the 1, 2 and 3; and we're trying to develop Robinson, Mathews, Brown, Bonga and Schofield, not to mention Napier. We don't need Payton taking up 20 minutes a night.

Now THAT'S more like it. That should be a pretty balanced rotation with the bench being:
Napier
Mathews
Brown
Bertans
Wagner
Let Robinson get a few days to know our plays before throwing him in there.

Personally id be happy if we cut Payton at this point and went ahead and gave Mathews a long term deal. But that's just my opinion .

Flip the names, “Rome n’ Bazz” era ? Marginally better.

I hate when they go to split screen! Do we really need to see John's face watching the game??
