The Anti-tankers got what they wanted. We didn't tank, won "culture" win games, and now we are the worst franchise in the NBA, bar none, not close.

It's not the "anti-tanking" strategy why we're failing. It's the lack of risks and draft/signing longboi's with no offensive game at all why we're failing. We hit on one player with that thinking in mind. . . And that's Isaac. No need to turn this into a tanking vs. Anti-tankers debate. We're all on the same side here.

They have completely let us down in every way.

I don't understand how they can make soooo many coaching/management changes over the years and somehow still end up with the same result over and over? You'd think we'd just luck into something after some point.

Instead, they have turned us into literally (and I mean literally) a joke. The "Tomorrow is only a day away, Be Patient." philosophy gets old after 8 years. Give us some damn results. Now.

Yeah, either make us better, or switch things up. It's easy to be mediocre, at least give us something different to cheer for if we're just barely going to tread water. In fact, we're not even treading water, we're drowning under the mediocrity of 500.

I'd be patient if there were a plan. There is no plan. There is no Lebron James falling to the 15th pick of the draft. To bank on those incredibly rare outliers like Giannis dropping or Kawhi requesting a trade for a 1 year window is so foolish.

I doubt they'd change the front office for at least 2+ years though. If you win over 30 games in the east you're safe.

I think the players are in collusion to make sure each other gets paid in FA. They take turns helping each other put up nice stats in their contract years and then once they get paid they let someone else step up.

It sounds absurd but is the only thing that makes sense.

I’m done with this season. I couldn’t careless if we make the playoffs

I’m moving onto baseball season. My Braves will make me happy. F this team

I went to the 1st pre season game ever played in 1989 and have been a die hard fan since then.

The new amway sucks. The old o/Rena was loud and was such a blast

I’m losing interest in my favorite NBA team. I’m at the point where I just don’t care about them anymore. It’s sad but life is more than watching 3 hours of garbage every other night.

The uniforms suck, the logo is awful. I’m fading away from the Orlando Magic. Like I said, I went to the first game in the history of the franchise and have been a die hard fan, but I’m kind of over it

We need to stop with the “tanker” v “anti-tanker” garbage. People who want us to win games aren’t at fault. You have to win games to have a respectable culture.

The fact that the FO didn’t do ANYTHING to build off of that momentum or even the value of our players after making the playoffs is the problem. The FO is content with a do nothing approach yielding zero results and appears to bank on some player playing better than the season before whether it was Vuc or Isaac now or DJ or Evan... and that’s just lazy and ineffective. Our daft picks outside of Isaac have been abysmal.

If I performed this way at my job for YEARS, I’d have been fired long ago. Just keep telling your bosses to be patient I guess.

There’s nothing to be excited about in magic land. I don’t care either way how we finish the season because it doesn’t matter. We are the browns of the NBA. I miss the lively discussions here.

Well, we did just trade for a trash can and find out that we're going to re-sign a mediocre player to a 4 year 80 million dollar deal so. . . Yeah. We've gotten much worse than last year and it seems like we'll be on the same exact track for another 3-4 years.

Yeah, like trading Sabonis and Oladipo for the corpse of Ibaka? Or trading T12 for literally nothing? That sounds like people who wanted to win games in the organization are at fault.

Getting 6th pick in the Luka/Trae draft? Sounds like the people who wanted culture wins were at fault.

Keeping AG, Evan, and Vuc for year after year? Sounds like the people who didn't want to be in the lotto.

Sorry man. I just can't agree.
