Lamar Stevens

Should have specified, I meant a young player that’s already in the league.

I know you did, I chose a wing who will be a low draft selection with athleticism, great defense, and no jumper lol...

I don’t even think someone in that realm is available this offseason... OKC reclamation project on Allen Crabbe?

Fwiw, 16 guys 23 & under are 2 plus on BPM. Only 2 I think there is much chance would be traded are Zubac and Gafford and probably not. 31 total 1 plus. Gettable? Bamba, Derrick Jones and LaBissiere. If you want quality guys 23 & under you most need to draft & develop them. Or trade for them with older / currently better guys or an "promising" young guy and / or draft consideration.

Or scour this list of guys with very limited playing time.

I doubt they could get Silva. Maybe Tyler Cook. Bender is available if somebody wants him.

Ty Jerome for... Diallo? Make a play for Drew Eubanks? DJ Wilson? Another run for Dozier? Alize Johnson?

Gary Harris has had some really bad trouble with injury the last couple of years, but when healthy he's good. He'd be a worthy reclamation project.

I wouldn't mind AG either (He's under 23 still?!)

John Collins

Realistic young target would be Zhaire Smith if the Sixers fail in the playoffs and start to panic.Gallo S & T for Horford and assets (not sure I like it though). If we send enough picks we could get Thybulle but that's unlikely.

Kennard obviously an option. Not sure I'm willing to pay so much for him though (I would try offering Schroeder + Miami 2021 FRP)

Guess we will need to wait next trade deadline to see if teams like the Pels, Wolves, Memphis are willing to move some of their young guys.

Lets say we keep Adams and cp3 as mentors but get a nice young player to play behind them, the best players we have for trade are Gallo, Dennis and Noel, then we have young guys like Ferguson and Hami and then we have guys like Nader and Burton. I say the next move depend in our playoff, if get sweep in the playoff we need to make trades if we can get to the second round maybe they keep the team and call for a guy like Beal or Ingram

Gallo and Noel could walk. Don't think the plan is to keep CP3. We may be forced to :(

Bleacher report put trades that should have happened Miami Heat Receive: Danilo Gallinari

Oklahoma City Thunder Receive: Jae Crowder, Solomon Hill, 2025 first-round pick
tell me if you consider this a good package? For me HELL NO , also they put this one too
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: Chris Paul

Oklahoma City Thunder Receive: Harrison Barnes, Nemanja Bjelica, 2020 second-round pick (from NYK or BRK via PHI)

Sacramento Kings Receive: Al Horford, Mike Scott, Zhaire Smith, 2020 first-round pick (top-20 protected, from OKC via PHI)
Also dont like that one I prefer if we get zhaire smith

Is this a an unprotected 2025 Miami frp?

In order to send a 2025 first-rounder to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Heat would have needed to remove the lottery protection from the 2023 first they already owe the Thunder. They deemed that too much for a rental but didn't want any extra money on the books for 2021 (i.e. the Summer of Giannis).

Gary Harris is so overrated on these boards because he had like two decent seasons and they weren't even that good.

And his contract is awful for a player of his abilities. I'm not taking on that kind of project when the dude is 25.5 years old. Nope. Not touching it.

Why, in God's green earth, would you want to dump Nader? Nader has actually shown improvement since we got him. Nader becomes more useful with Gallinari potentially just walking and he's cheap.

I agree with the rest. Use Hami as a sweetener in a trade. Give Noel a fair shake. Go after a 4/5 in FA to replace Adams.

In terms of nba players, Abdel Nader is atrocious and should never see the floor on a playoff caliber team, let alone any team unless it’s as a tank commander

To justify the cost of a flight to Minnesota.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

He’s struggled with injuries. A player like Harris isn’t someone you give up assets for but he’s a guy that’s worth taking a shot on if you get assets back. Let’s say there is a three way trade out there for schroder that gets us a really nice asset plus Harris. That’s the kind of trade that could be really good for a rebuilding team. If it doesn’t work out, then the tank rolls on. I would rather match salary with a player like Harris and hope he brings his value up for more assets than some overpaid 34 year old vet.
