Aamir Simms from Clemson is an interesting prospect. He’s a three year tweener forward with a decent 3 and some developing passing skills.
If we bring Gasol back on a 1 year deal, Simms could be a good 2nd or undrafted player to learn under him.
Clemson just beat Duke and UNC.

Ok I'm officially on the Diakite bandwagon. I really like the way this guy moves out there as a big man, especially on the perimeter. K}ind of concerned by his lackluster stats though. FThose won't show well to the analytics types.
Other guys I favor are Nesmith, Isaiah Joe (even though he's been struggling), Amar Sylla, Tyler Bey, and Cassius Winston
The only first round Masai pick that wasn't rated highly by the advanced stats that I remember was Bruno. That was only because he was the ultimate hit or miss prospect.
Masai goes for those high IQ, fluid movement with his body, athletic type of players with good advanced stats.
Yup, Delon, Poetl, Siakam, even OG. Not sure about TDIII, Norm, or Hernandez.
What NCAA guys are advanced stats darlings right now?
Nnaji has very good TS% and FT% and decent steals per 40 for a freshman center.
Nesmith good TS% and steals per 40.
Oturu looks impressive
Saddiq Bey
Tyler Bey's steals per 40 and TS% is notable
I hope we can snag Nesmith due to injury similar to OG.

Deandre Williams of Evansville looks really intriguing. Kind of pogo stick forward player with a 35 PER, .766 TS and 13 BPM. He's automatic on the roll and has a decent looking pull up jumper.

Whoah, those stats are ridiculous.
Speaking of PER, Vernon Carey Jr leads the NCAA in PER. I was higher on him than most coming in based on how he looked in highlights. Reminded me a bit of Derrek Coleman in high school. Not quite as skilled, but he has more bounce.
Other guys of note: everyone's favorites Toppin, Oturu, and Okonkwu.
Markus Howard in the top 10, and Reggie Perry are in the top 20 (both guys will be late first rounders). Howard's shooting skillset is built for the modern NBA and Masai likes older prospects.
Yurtseven, Bey, and Nesmith in the top 30. Bey just looks like Shawn Marion out there. I really like his skillset and motor, and I think his shooting improvements from 3 are believable given his career free throw %.

Had anyone taken a look at Naji Marshall? His stats don't jump off the page, but he looks like he can do a little bit of everything. One aspect of his game that's especially intriguing to me is his passing. Although he only averages about 2 assists per game, he consistently gets his teammates great looks.
If we're looking for a big man I'd love Oturu of course, but Paul Reed is another one to watch. Lanky, smooth, perfect for the pick and roll game, and defends well. His defensive potential is mouth watering.

Another big game from Nemias Queta for Utah State vs Boise St.
21 pts 8 reb 5 blocks
5-8 from the field
11-14 from the line.

Out of all of these prospects, my favourite is Saddiq Bey. Nova kid, works hard and highly skilled at 6’8.

He’s not going to be available when we pick, but Obi Toppin is going to be a very good pro.
Keep an eye out on Justin Turner if he doesn’t return to Bowling Green. TD vibes in that guy.

I'm liking Paul Reed now but feel might have to trade up. If someone will take our 1st and 2nd pick to move up 4-5 spots if he's on the board we do it. He just needs to work on that jumper form. Yikes.

OG: Do we even have anyone from Portugal who is a fan of the Raptors?

Kenyon Martin/Amre Stodomire
Toppin looks like he has more strength than matrix

Saddiq is amazing. Reminds me a lot of Mikal Bridges but with better scoring.

Re: Raps 2020 Picks (Prospect Watch, Update: Vecenie Mock Released)
I'd imagine the Raps go for a rim protector with a projectable offensive upside similar to Dewan.
Whatever prospect fits that.
Pretty exciting that we have our first and second this year so I am interested to see what we do with that

They will be given a chance like TD but likely play for the 905 like Pascal and Fred. Dewan should get a call up to be a backup big, taking RHJ spot who should get either half to the full MLE from some team.

Besides me, there are the odd former immigrants who have returned from Canada scattered across the country. Fellas who follow the NBA here are typically rabid Lakers, Celtics, or Heat fans. Luka fandom is picking up steam of late. But for a serious following of the NBA, only in neighbouring Spain.
That will all change if Nemi gets drafted.
