If they really didn't want to be here, Elton should've known that and not made the deal.

But since he did, he should've told them both you are due in Philly for your physicals Saturday morning at the latest. The fact they aren't even in town yet 48 hours later is ridiculous.

This FO and ownership is terrible. Other than Dolan, Vivek, Robert Sarver, and Glen Taylor; I'm not sure there's a worse owner in the league.

So, did they arrive safely? They should have put trackers in them in case they were lost along the way.

This team is the worst. Reminding myself that I could be a Knicks fan only works for so long.

EDIT: Someone just posted a Serena tweet on the game thread that says they are both available tonight. Which is much better.

Not so sure Burks is too happy to be here after so post game weirdness from him and Brett. Might be nothing, just got a weird vibe. Might just be the depth on the wing/potential lack of opportunity after coming from a team where he had a major role.

...it's probably nothing

Happy with what I saw from GRIII tonight. Either he or Rainmaker need to be starting in place of Horford coming out of the all-star break. Would like to see at least 25 mpg from GRIII.

Looking forward to finally being able to space the floor adequately.

Was there any mention for why he didn't play? haven't watched the game yet... seemed from the numbers like Shake was struggling, would have loved to see him get some back up pg/sg type minutes.

He was on a redeye and didn't get much sleep, so wasn't ready. He'll be ready to go for the next game. We're going to need him because the Point-JRich experiment is looking like a failure. We're going to need Burks to fill the backup PG role in the playoffs.

Yes maybe he’s still figuring out how to play the most complex offense filled with drama in the league.

These two along with Thybulle are the biggest beneficiaries of the lockdown IMO.

After we traded for them, they look like they just weren’t feeling it after being MJ and Pippen of the 2020 Warriors

Feels like they are just more comfortable with the team based on the last two games

i hope after the past couple of games we can finally rely on Brett giving Burks his share of minutes. (got to also hope GRIII back in there for the first series.)

Burks just need to make a leap on his ISO game and i think he can flirt being a borderline star.

A guy he reminds me of is peak version of John Salmons that played for the Bulls.

He’s been shooting well on 3s. I’m rooting hard for this guy to play well for us to fill the hole, ben left on offense.
